  Went with a friend to swap a rental car out due to low tire pressure. Thomas was on site and while he technically did his job, he needs to develop more customer service skills. Was a little rude and it took way longer to swap vehicles than necessary because he wanted to make keep making weird statements to my female friend. It was uncomfortable with us having to be alone with him.

  Thomas is extremely weird when he interacts with customers it’s very unusual to say the least. The whole experience has just been very uncomfortable. He seems to think it’s suitable to ask you questions about your personal life and even your work. I had to get two different cars both times I interacted with him, he was very standoffish. Both of the cars were dirty. The first car had an extremely foul odor and the tire pressure lights wouldn’t stop coming on. The second vehicle was a truck and upon taking it on the highway to get to work it seemed as if it was starting to do the “death wobble” very unsettling when going highway speeds. Thomas just reached out regarding a survey, I was asked how they did or how I was treated…. I said “ok” and “fine”. And he repeatedly over 6 times asked me the SAME exact question it’s like he expected to pressure me into saying something different, even though I told him I was unable to speak due to being at work I asked if he had any other important questions for me he said “I’m sending your deposit back” I stated ok expecting there to be another question and he just hung up? i absolutely called back and let him know I was going to let it be known publicly how weird and rude this interaction has been. I WOULD NOT recommend this location to anyone. Please take your business elsewhere. Let’s hope he’s not the location manager.

  Got a rental due to being in a car accident had the car one day the battery in the key was bout to die I called them to tell them about the key I was told buy a battery for the key when you return the rental bring receipt we will refund you because they didn’t have another car to give me a week today still no refund I was told it would be put back on my card called Friday was Told the samething by Brandon now today I’m told I’m getting a check although I paid with me card !!!! I’ll make sure to tell me insurance company I will not rent here again if it’s issues with a rental you guys should handle it in the first place not the customers!!!!!!! Now it’s a hassle to get my money back seriously should of told me that when I purchased a battery to a car that don’t belong to me

  I rented a minivan through Expedia but unfortunately the third party platform didn't realize that none were available. Thankfully Tessa was willing to work with me and found a large enough vehicle being returned in a few hours right at closing time. She ended up staying late to accommodate me and in spite of the delay I was back on the road the same day which was an absolute life saver. I appreciate her willingness to work with me, keep me updated, and even work a little late to get me going. Five star experience because of her!!
