  The market st location in Canton Ohio almost lost thousands. Almost lost several business associates I brought to that location. Brandon aka "Mr. Fix It", I pray that location never losses you because myself and my associates will leave as well. Brandon needs a promotion.

  STOP DOOOO NOT GO HERE THEY ARE TAKING PEOPLES MONEY AND MAKING FALSE RECEIPTS long story short I went to rent a car for a couple of hrs picked it up on the 22 and I returned it back by 10pm the same day the 22 and do y'all know the charged me for 3 days the 22-25 KNOWING THEY HAD THEY CAR BACK THE SAME DAY.. THEN THEY SO CALLED FORGET TO SEND MY EMAIL ABOUT OUR TRANSACTION JUST A HIGHWAY RIPE OFF DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS U WANT RIPED OFF AND TREATED WRONGLY.. and AUDREY their AREA SUPERVISOR HASN'T EVEN CONTACTED ME ABOUT THE SITUATION HERE IT IS NOW JUNE... DO NOT RENT FROM HERE ONLY IF U WANT RIPED OFFFF‼️🙄

  Very friendly and helpful. I watched a couple of customers, before me, act a little over the top but the staff remained professional and courteous without losing their dignity. As someone who had been in in customer service for over 35 years it was refreshing to see! The car I was given was in good shape and accommodated my needs for a wheelchair and a walker. The gentleman asked if I'd want an SUV when it became available just in case. In the end, everything was great!
