  These are some of the most crookedest people I've ever met. I was dealing with a gentleman by the name of Terry. He was supposed to be selling me a truck now. They saying, I'm renting the truck. I had the truck delivered to me on the twenty first, and the first day was saying my pavement is ari. Late and I only headed for 9 days then, I started threatening me. There are older delivery fee. The truck was in the shop 4 months while I wait for them to finish the truck. Then, I try to say, Dave, was bringing it to me, and the truck broke down. So I owe a delivery fee. Call a supervisor he tried to tell me I was a liar. I said to him, the email from Terry and proved that they said that the truck would be delivered to me for free. He tried to say he a Squash at this time, but next time he have to charge me for I was paying a 169000 for the truck. Next thing you know the truck went up to a 175000 Then, they start saying, I had 4 trucks or 5. They couldn't make up. How many I hit? I only hit one, so they said, my agreement was boy. I had a 3 year No to pay this truck off would outrageous plan. But I took it anyway, because I was desperate, and they knew that so they tricked me, they had me to sign on the phone, and that's not what we agreed upon. This company is a very big liar. Their thieves do not buy from this company. You cannot trust them. They had my truck reported stolen. Police confiscated. It from the streets, then they would not let me take my tools off the truck, they're holding a $140000 worth of tools. And trying to act like they are not, I was out of state working at the time, and they was tracking the truck . Police. Surrounded me. and tow truck pulled would not let me retrieve none of my belongings. The truck was a 5500 from the beginning. The door broke on the truck. I had to fix it myself. I would get stuck app in the bucket truck and someone would have to go inside start it up I have tools all the way throughout the truck. You cannot sit in the front seat passenger. Because tubes was in that location, the whole backseat is full of tools all eight doors are full of tools. A big black tube chess full of twos. Now they try to they're trying to threaten me for a payments. When they're trying to and extra 15000 for the torn fee, I keep asking, when are we going to court? So the judge can hear this, and they're prolonging it. Do not trust this company, their thieves and liars. Now they're saying the gentleman Terry, who sold me the truck no longer works there. All of a sudden, every time I will call about a problem, they would say, talk to Terry, then Terry, they talked to Megan, Megan, says she doesn't have nothing to do with that, talk to. Terry, this company go back-and-forth. They also have a crooked lady named christine well you cannot trust nothing. She say either also, jennifer kept calling me. Could not get the book straight on how many trucks I actually have. When I only had one . Custom one truck sauce trying to say I had five this company will lie for each other. I have never seen nothing like them. They will go out of their way to rip you off. You would think they are broke. But they are thieves, crooks and liars. They fit the description of the devil.

  Do not purchase anything from this company. We have had nothing but issues with our 2024 forestry bucket truck we bought from them. It has been in the shop almost as much as it has been out of it. The outriggers have been leaking since about 6 months after we purchased, they repaired 1 of the 4 and deny that that the others were leaking. Kept the truck until warranty was out and now we are just out of luck. I have never seen a company with such poor customer service across all departments. Sales, shop, and parts, all horrible. Wrong parts ordered, no one tells you until the day your truck is scheduled to be completed with repairs. Even drove 5 hours one way because we were told the truck was ready just to find out once we arrived it wasn’t, they “forgot” to fix some stuff. Communication is awful, they will just ignore you and hope you quit trying. Please, do yourself a favor and go ANYWHERE else, their poor business will put yours out of business and they don’t even care. Also, don’t your DARE respond with please email us and tell us more about your experience. You have my emails begging for help from someone in your company, find them and have someone actually call me and explain why our brand new truck we bought from you all is a piece of junk and no one their cares enough to make it right.

  The company I worked for bought and rented trucks from this company. I was never impressed with the work they perform.
