In 2024, I went to the Canal location and was told that I needed rear shocks. I went on and had them to fix them. I was still having issues so I went back. I was told that I needed to get a bar fixed and it would cost an additional $600. I did not get it fixed and some time later, I went somewhere else and was told that it was my shocks. Come to find out that my rear shocks were never replaced. I didn't like the customer service and they took advantage of me because they knew that I didn't know.

Outstanding customer service from start to finish. The service advisor (probably the manager) was friendly, efficient, and took care of my TPMS calibration right away. Her positive attitude and professional tone were clear from the moment I walked in—even while she was helping someone over the phone. Fast, expert service!

They overtightned the lugnuts on a brand new tire they put on. When attempting to have my tires replaced at Costco to get a whole new set about 1-2 weeks later the technicians were unable to loosen the 2 of the lugnuts without fear of breaking part of the wheel. I had to take my car to an autobody shop in case the stud broke, pay them $150 and then return back to Costco to have my new tires put back on. I called Tire choice and they stated that they would call me back with a remedy or some kind of solution for this. It never happened. Not the experience I was hoping and cost me more money and run around than it should have
