  Worst auto repair shop ever! I called to schedule brake service on my car and an employee named Aaron was obviously in a bad mood. He was short with me and wouldn't even give me a price for a simple brake job. I asked for new rotors and pads and he told me I had to bring it in for a price. I got them done at Don's in Whitehall after calling and getting a price and nice phone service. NTB you guys lost a loyal customer!! My family nor I will never go there again.

  My front breaks and rotors were bought/replaced in November of 2024. Since then have had constant issues with the brakes and the sounds the are making as well as a shaking/ vibration in the steering wheel/pedals when braking at higher speed. I have returned MANY times and had the brake pads replaced many times as well. I had Craig look at it and drive it with me, I’ve had Dan look at it, everyone basically just says it’s normal for Kia’s to make a grinding/squealing sound when breaking at low speeds. No one ever really addresses the shaking/vibrating in the steering wheel/pedals. Before the year warranty was up I contacted the regional manager Bob and asked for a refund so we could take it elsewhere and he refused and said he wanted me to go out of my way and go to a different shop across town to have someone at another location look at it. Instead I ended up going to Ricart and rode with the lead mechanic there and while he was driving it he pointed out the shaking in the steering wheel and said that indicated the rotors were warped, so with that I went back to NTB and they replaced the pads AND rotors and it seemed like it worked for the most part, except that less than 3 months later it started squealing when coming to a slow stop, along with the shaking/vibrating feeling. I took it back again and first they said they couldn’t reproduce it, so I recorded videos and warmed the car up myself and brought it and this time they could reproduce the noise but said ultimately there was nothing mechanically wrong with the brakes. As they continue to squeal and shake and vibrate. All of this, mind you, AFTER they did something during an alignment 2 years ago that has the car permanently veering off to the right if you let go of the wheel, to which they also say there is nothing they can see or do about it. I’ve just had enough frustration and wasted time with this place. I came here ultimately for the more affordable pricing and left with a car that veers to the right and squeals/grinds/vibrates at lower braking speeds.

  I need it all new tires on my 2018 Toyota Highlander. I called the number and scheduled an appointment showed up at my appointment time. The people behind the desk informed me that I was calling a call center so they the person I talk to was not one of them, which was a little bit strange for both of us because the person on the phone had promised me this that and the other and one typing it in most of it was right, but not all, but the guys behind the counter were very helpful and understanding and they had the tires in stock as was stated by the call center, and they had me in and out in less than an hour, and it was an amazing service I mean everything was spot on, so I have a jeep, but I need all new tires on. I’ll be coming here to have that done and I needed two tires on my Winnebago Travato and the guy over the phone said that they could do that so I’ll be having that done.. I do highly recommend that you call the number to the front desk as opposed to call center cause the guys that are actually working there no for sure whether they can get you in and whether they actually have the tires and what not in stock and if their equipment can handle your vehicle, they all seem to be very knowledgeable and good mechanics
