  Drove over 2 hours to look at a car here that best matched what we were looking for. When I arrived I dealt with Alec Tanner as my sales associate. Alec was very personable, honest, and forthcoming throughout the process, and we were able to make a deal that I felt was fair. I would feel very confident reccomending Alec to anyone looking for an easy, transparent car buying experience, and with a genuinely nice guy. Painless experience, 5 stars to Alec and the rest of the staff here.

  My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Adam Arcand. We've bought several vehicles and this was by far the most seamless experience to date. He got to know our family and our story, and even shared his own history. He informed us about optional products that he felt would fit our family and answered all of the questions that we had. We were already approved with our bank and Adam said it was his first time facilitating that kind of transaction, but we wouldn't have known, had He not told us. We'll be in the market for another car soon, and we will definitely call Adam and send him anyone we know in the market as well! Thank you, Adam!

  Sadly when ai called with an issue and was repeatedly cut off but their people and had to raise my voice and become rude. They charged 1300.00 for ceramic coating ai did not receive and promised a second key that ai have audio recorded but them expect me yo drive a2.5 hours and take time off work which was never mentioned. I was told key would be mailed and ceramic coating should have been done during the 4 days between purchase and pick up and was not done. They threatened to call the police on me for their rude employees and ripping me off of 1300.00

  I do not recommend this dealer. Salesperson was great to work with however; financing manager not so much. They had an advertised price with a dealer discount + rebates from Chrysler. I selected a vehicle asked to run the numbers and 1st pass they conveniently left out the "dealer discount" they had advertised online but I chalked it up to an oversight. 2nd set of numbers was as exactly advertised on-line now with the dealer discount advertised; however, they were completely unwilling to negotiate any further. If this is a dealer that doesn't negotiate and is firm to their advertised price, then be transparent and say that up front. It was a waste of my time and theirs. I have bought many new Jeep through the years and have never had an experience as I did with Wyler. I wouldn't recommend for this reason. Looking back now, I have to wonder if leaving out the "dealer discount" upfront was intentional.
