    Traveling across Ohio, my 2023 RAM diesel needed Def service, tried to tell me they couldn't clean the Def injector,said it was $2700, and it wasn't available, so they said my diesel truck was shot at 81k miles, and tried to sell me a new truck... Bad Business!

    So I bought a jeep in December by Jan it was in the shop with 3 issues. They kept my jeep almost 3 weeks. Just for it to return back a week later with an issue they knew about and should have fixed at the same time they had it. I have had my car back 2 weeks and now a 4th issue, I dropped it off weds told it was going to be escalated and resolved. Mean while they made me pay 38.00 a day for a rental car while they are fixing mine again! I was told it would be done last night and we sit no call back no one answering the phone there and now I’m going to be paying more money for this rental from them. 38.00 a day x 5 days plus a 150.00 security deposit just don’t seem right for there errors and things they should have fixed before selling me a 22,000 jeep!!

    I sent my Jeep in for a diagnostics check. The staff member that checked me in said there were no courtesy cars available, so I would need to make my own arrangements to leave and come back. After using Uber to get to my residence, I waited. In the afternoon, approximately 3:30pm. I received a call that my car was ready, but I was strongly urged to get an oil change. As I explained when I dropped off my car, I reiterated that my mom was in hospice and I needed my vehicle as soon as possible to get to her, but if my car would be ready for pick up the same day I would get the oil change. The employee assured me my car would be ready for pick up prior to closing -she said most of the guys leave at 5:30pm but my car would be ready. So I waited. I began to worry since no one reached out to me to get my car, so approximately 5:15pm I began calling. Trying to speak with anyone that could help me. After calling 3 times, and getting different areas of the dealership, I was told that everyone working in that department had left for the evening and I that my keys were locked up. Now without a vehicle and after waiting the entire day by the phone to get my car, I had to reach out to Uber, AGAIN, for transportation. I spoke with Billy the following day who apologized and said he would compensate me for the Uber I had used while my car was at the dealership. That was August 13, 2024. I have reached out to Billy several times by text and twice by going to the dealership and speaking with him. I have sent Billy the receipts which he said I would be refunded, but 4 months later, I still have not received the refund and Billy has not replied to my last inquires about it. I would like someone to please contact me about this matter so it can be resolved. On a side note, I received mail reaching out to see if I would be interested in trading in my Jeep and upgrading to something different. I actually am in the market for a new car, but why would I put my trust in a dealership that cannot follow through with what was promised to me?
