- MMMartin Masman5 days ago5.0Having your car overheat on a Friday at 5 PM is incredibly stressful, but the service team here completely turned it around. Even though I arrived after 6 PM when the service desk was already closed, they called ahead and graciously let me drop it off after hours. By early Saturday morning, they proactively called to figure out what happened, promised a thorough check, and kept their word to update me by Tuesday. Vincent Brooke guided me every step of the way. He walked me through multiple outstanding recalls, including the one causing the heating issue, and took care of everything. While it was in the shop, they completed a multi-point inspection to ensure the vehicle was completely up to date, threw in an oil change and tire rotation, and topped off all the fluids. By Wednesday, it was ready to go! Vincent is a respectful, professional, true customer service expert who was incredibly flexible with all of my requests. The entire process mirrored the top-tier experience I had when I first bought the vehicle. Vincent will definitely be receiving a thank-you gift from us soon! Highly recommend this service department.
