On Saturday, once a deal was made we were shown the Carfax at the finance desk. The used car had "minor" damage to the driver's side front. Why wasn't this presented at first? When prepping the vehicle, it was hit in the rear end, driver's side. We were told by the salespeople that they would have a loaner vehicle ready for us Monday morning at 9 am. We arrived on time. The loaner wasn't ready, the salesperson that promised to be there, wasn't and I had to wait for the other salesperson to get his coffee. The manager was in a meeting that was more important than a frustrated customer. I canceled the deal and in the process of getting our money refunded (paid full amount, no loan).

SERVICE DEPARTMENT IS HORRIBLE! I had my Durango serviced here 3 months ago, it was there for a month and half and had so many issues. Supposedly they fixed all those issues and put new parts, well fast forward to today, im having the same issues I was having 3 months ago. They will not answer and will not return calls or messages, instead you have to use their stupid AI virtual assistant which doesn't do anything. They want to keep me repaying for a service that isn't fixing the issues. DO NOT GO HERE! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE! Jeff Wyler dealership people do not respond to this review if you're going to say "please email me" I WANT TO TALK TO SOMEONE OVER THE PHONE OR IN PERSON! Give me a good number to call! Im sick of this being my 3rd time dealing with horrible service and long waiting time to get my car serviced.

Took my Jeep into service for it stalling and then not wanting to start also asked them to fix my headlight because 1 of them wasn’t working. They completed the repairs by replacing the throttle body $1500. They fixed the headlight issue for another $1200. When they returned my vehicle it was still stalling. They removed my led bulbs and replaced them with halogen, removed and disposed of my decoders for my led lights and the engine cover was missing. Had to get attorney general’s office involved because they wouldn’t contact me other than a salesman trying to sell me a car. They took the car back to fix the stalling issue . They did nothing to repair it only did an update on the PCM. Still stalling. So I figured it out myself. Don’t take your vehicle to them or any dealership for out of warranty repairs. I feel they just give you the run around and want you to trade in and buy a vehicle. FYI Service consultants work on commission. 0 stars if it were an option. Chris Wilson was the 1st service advisor/consultant to rip me off. Kaitlin Shaffer (if it’s spelled correctly) was the one who batted 2nd and threw the game to benefit the dealership. I messaged them this on their messaging service today and they ignored it obviously, Hi! Remember my Jeep I brought in twice and your team "couldn't" diagnose it properly? I'm not blaming you but I am blaming the shady practices of dealerships. So maybe I am including you and Chris Wilson. The problem ended up being a $25 sensor not a $1200 repair for a throttle body or the BS PCM update. If you are aware of the practice the dealership plays dumb on what's wrong till the customer gets frustrated enough to trade their vehicle in and buy a new one, then shame on you . My assumption might be wrong but my other theory is the techs only go off what I say and input it I. To a system that says you might want to do this. Either way it's idiotic that a dealership can't or won't fix a problem with a vehicle that a customer is paying for to get fixed. Because of you and your other teammates actions I will never do business with Jeff Wyler again. It's pretty sad that a person with access to the internet and a few tools can do a better job than you all. I will include this text and other info in the soon to be 1 ⭐️ review that I can post to every platform possible.

My AC in my car not blowing out cold air. I mentioned it to the service department if the can take a look at it(which I mentioned about the ac issues back in January as well), and they informed me it’s outside of my warranty by 2,000 miles and I will have pay for the diagnostic test that cost over $130. I asked her why do I have to pay if I mentioned the issue during my last oil change back in Jan (which it was under warranty) and you guys told me the tech who looks at issues like that went home sick for the day? Janelle stated since there are no notes about it, they can’t honor it. Well I don’t know why there are no notes about it especially if I mentioned the issue. It clearly lets me know they don’t do their jobs and notate everything that a customer is presenting to them. This was a brand new van that I had for about a year now, and the AC should not be blowing out warm air 6 months after purchase. I also mentioned I have a two year old daughter who rides in the van with me daily and she turns bright red like a tomato 🍅 after each car ride due to extreme heat we have here in Ohio. 90’s degrees weather. They didn’t care.
