  Landon was awesome! It was my first time buying a car and landed on wanting a wrangler. Landon was professional, knowledgeable, and very attentive. He found me a jeep in my price range (plus heated seats, a must for Ohio winters), and helped get the right price on my trade-in. Car buying is always stressful, but Landon made it easy and (dare I say) a little fun! Thank you JW jeep team!

  Worst experience to date. Bought new car in March. Got my financing set up myself, call dealership just need to stop sign paperwork and good to go. 3+ hours later finally get ready to leave and salesperson scratches the car putting plates on. Drop the car off (2 hour drive to dealership) for them to fix some of the scratches not all and say it’s the best they can do. A couple weeks later find a loose panel in hatch area, check it out and it’s where the battery was located. Broken battery terminal cover, battery tie-down unbolted and tools laying there. Call them, they are sorry car battery died while on showroom floor had to jump the day you picked up. will order new parts for battery cover to never show up. Call again about parts yeah they are on order still no show 8 weeks later. Schedule first oil change appointment, drive 2 hours to be told it’s at least a 2 hour wait before my car gets pulled in do I want to wait?? Will never go back or buy again from them.

  The absolute worst experience trying to buy a truck! I went in on a Sunday with plenty of time before close, I had the exact truck picked out and payment that I calculated on their website. No numbers were even presented until AFTER I left when I told the salesman I would not return. I gave them another shot 2 days later to earn my business. Manger finally came over with numbers $300 dollars HIGHER than discussed. I left and the same day text another dealership. I got the exact payment I asked for and left with my Brand new truck with a payment $300 a month lower than they quoted. Do NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP!!! THEY LITERALLY TRIED TO ROB ME!. Go to Performance and ask for Will he took care of me!!!
