- LMlamont MApr 16, 20261.0My experience has been very frustrating. My vehicle has been in the shop for a month and a half and the staff can’t do so much as provide updates on the process. When I call I am being told the car will be ready by a date and when the date came, nothing. It’s already frustrating not having your vehicle for that long, but when I called i was told their techs were unaware of the part even being delivered so that’s why my car isn’t ready. So what if I hadn’t called for an update that they should’ve been providing me?? There is no excuse for that type of service.
