- ZFZach FosterJul 10, 20261.0Service dept. is a joke. Brought my car in that has an extended warranty and told them it needed a rear wheel bearing. Warranty denied the claim and what was the fee for the diag? $250!!!! For performing no repairs! Also called me and told me I needed all 4 new tires for $1100 when 2 of the tires are less than 30 days old! Then when I go to pick the car up… all the tires had been moved around on my vehicle. My 2 new tires were originally on the front then when I pick it up they were on the rear. Definitely won’t be returning. If you purchased an alpha warranty from here take your car elsewhere! It doesn’t have to be at Jeff Wyler. Your alpha warranty is accepted anywhere that employs ASE certified technicians.
