As big as this dealership is you would expect them to offer loaner cars especially when it takes them 24-48 hours to see what’s wrong with your car! I also had an appointment for an oil change for 7:30am and was early and still didn’t leave until after 9:30am! I took my car to Dave Gill Chevrolet today and they had me checked in and in a loaner in less than 30 minutes! Will not return to Jeff Wyler, the service advisor was more focused on trying to get me to buy a package for my oil changes than actually trying to help me understand the car rental process they have!

EV charger is either broken or not open to the public. I have bought two EVs from Jeff Wyler but can not charge at this location. Wish my route planner would stop recommending this charger. If the charger is not working please remove it from the EV charging database. Successfully charged at the Ford dealership in Lancaster

I would give them 0 stars if it won’t me. I have had nothing but issues with this dealership. I purchased my car 4/7/2026. The day after I got my vehicle the suspension light came on. It took almost 2 months to get it in the shop to be looked at. While that was going on, my temp tag expired and I never received the memorandum title to get my tags which I asked about multiple times. The vehicle wasn’t even put in my name till June according to the BMV, who also stated this is an on going issue with this company. They fixed the first part of my suspension issue. I had let them know the suspension compressor was bad also but that was ignored. A week after my light came back on, so I took it back. They replaced compressor but yet missed the axle that slung grease all over while working on the front suspension. Suspension comes on again, take it back again and this time they couldn’t find anything other than an oil leak and refused to help with the axle repair which no big deal I’ll get it fixed. Pick up my vehicle after them having it for two weeks, nothing suspension wise was touch or repaired other than driving it. But my steering wheel is misaligned and is pulling which it didn’t going into the shop? Absolutely the worse buying experience ever and will never again use this dealer

I recently purchased a Elantra and it was next level service from Ryon Wood, and Cam! The massage chairs are awesome and very relaxing. Ryon was professional and it was obvious he was a seasoned specialist in the car business. He knew what he was doing and didn't speak from a script. My vehicle is great and I tell everyone Jeff Wyler is the place to go for new or used cars.
