  Had some problems with my car starting today... went to this autozone in 100f heat, Brad G helped me with my car in the heat for a good 20 minutes and I was able to still make my plans for July 4th! So kind and helpful!!!

  Just ordered my parts today from Tim. He made it an absolute breeze and was super polite and helpful. Literally a life saver. He was super informative and upfront and honest and pointed me in the right direction. Tim was an absolute pleasure to work with and I am grateful for his support. Thank you Tim for your hard work and knowledge. Keep up the good work. Superstar of the day. Also very reasonable prices compared to other stores. Definitely got a lifetime customer thanks to your help. Tim also had told me that he even went out of his way to install a belt for a lady so she could make it home. Awesome work. 5 star rating!

  I visited this location a few months ago & had a wonderful experience with a gentleman (I believe his name was Mr. Booker but I don't fully remember) who helped me put on my wipers. It was a challenge but he didn't stop until he got them on. I was sooo appreciative! That's the only reason I give this two 🌟. So, with that experience in mind, I returned today (6/9/26 around noon) to pick up two bottles of Lucas. There were signs all over the store that said Lucas was on sale 2/$9. I picked up two bottles knowing I'd need another one soon. The gentleman at the cash wrap, I believe Mr. (Mike?) Watson, rang it up for $15+. I quickly asked "aren't they 2/$9?" He asked another gentleman while looking at the sale sign "Barry, how do I fix it in the system?" As Mr. Barry was walking towards me another gentleman, who's name I didn't catch, says loudly "Read the fine print!" Mr. Barry does & realizes the sale ended THREE days ago on 6/6/26. I said "well all of the signs are still up." The gentleman says again in a condescending tone "READ THE FINE PRINT!" two more times. I reply with a smile "who's reading the fine print? The signs should've been taken down." Mr. Watson replies "they've been up for two months." As I reach for my card to pay I reply "then after two months & one day, they should've been taken down." Mr. Watson laughs & replies "it's always a female that has something to say!" All the men burst out in laughter. I say "a FEMALE would've taken the signs down when the sale was over! I'm not sure why y'all are making this MY problem" I pay the $15 & leave cause I'm not going to argue in an establishment that does not pay me to be there. The remark about "females" was unnecessary. I'm not mad that it was $15. I've paid more for less. But in most stores, if the sale signage is still up in MULTIPLE places including at the cash wrap, the sale price is granted. To assign this is a man vs woman issue was childish. I'll probably stick to going to other auto part stores like I usually do.
