  While traveling through the area with my travel trailer, I started having a major issue with my original weight distribution hitch and needed help fast. I called Stoney’s RV to see if they carried the Excaliber brand hitch system, and not only did they know exactly what I was talking about, they actually had one in stock and ready to go. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by some of the friendliest people you could ask for. The team took the time to do a bunch of measurements, discuss my towing setup in detail, and really understand the issues I was experiencing. Then the owner even came out personally to help, which says a lot about how much they care about their customers. I purchased the new hitch from them, and they installed it while I waited. What really impressed me was that they didn’t just bolt it on and send me down the road — they carefully walked me through the entire system, explained how everything worked, and made sure every part of the setup was adjusted properly and safely for my trailer and truck combination. From my original phone call to the in-store experience, the entire team was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. Their customer service was truly top notch. Best of all, the new hitch system completely fixed my towing situation. I am now towing with confidence and no longer dealing with dangerous sway from wind or passing tractor trailers. I would highly recommend Stoney’s RV to anyone needing assistance with their travel trailer or towing setup. Outstanding experience from start to finish!

  I left our RV awning out in the rain, causing it to collapse. Luckily for me I wasn’t far from Stoney’s RV. On a holiday weekend they were not only open but had the replacement part I needed at a great price. The folks there were so kind and helpful and helped save our camping weekend. A sincere thanks!

  Asked for help. Was promised they would have a tech to me the next day. Called six times the next day, told each time he would be here. Late in the day Brian Stoney called with regrets saying they were not qualified to do any of the work they were requested to do, "locate a leak"... Real tuff stuff. If they didn't want to do the work why delay me and keep me sitting at my site for a day and a half for nothing... Absolutely no help at all... Wish he had the common decency to call in the morning, not 4pm.. Very disappointing for a family owned company that touts great service!!!
