Late in the day Brian Stoney called with regrets saying they were not qualified to do any of the work they were requested to do, "locate a leak"... Real tuff stuff. If they didn't want to do the work why delay me and keep me sitting at my site for a day and a half for nothing... Absolutely no help at all... Wish he had the common decency to call in the morning, not 4pm.. Very disappointing for a family owned company that touts great service!!!
