  I brought in My 2009 Chevy equinox for a radiator leak. Told them I think it was some hoses. They fixed those hoses and my thermostat housing and then said I had some transmission coolant line hosings that also needed replaced fixed. All that cost me $910.58 paid for it on 6'2 of 2026. Walked out to the car notice that it was still leaking doing the same thing. After they just got done test driving I called them, told them that it was still leaking. Took pictures. Spoke to one of the mechanics. He said that it was safe for me to drive. He just got out of it. I made it to Royal King in Cambridge, Ohio and my head gasket blew. I'm very mad because they didn't do the proper inspection and they didn't even have the decency to walk out to at least check it after I called them. I think they should be held accountable

  Allan, the assistant manager was very professional, kind, and explained everything thoroughly. The staff knew exactly what to do and worked well as a team. This was my first experience here and thanks to the great service, I will definitely be back and will be looking for other locations as well.

  I was very satisfied with my service I was offered a cold water as soon as I arrived Ryan was very polite and explained anything and everything to me as they should . Service was very fast getting in the bay and outta the bay . I will definitely be a full time customer.
