  Allen my tech was very good, him and his team checked over vehicle while they did the oil change. Full service customer care not seen in a while. It was a great experience. Best part before they had me start it , they pulled the dip stick and showed me there was the correct amount of oil. I REALLY LIKED THAT!!!

  I went to get my oil changed on Saturday August 08, 2026 and I had the best service I have ever received from any oil changing facility. Alan gave me a step my step during the process of getting my oil changed in my truck and made sure I was aware of any problems. Alan will be the reason why I continue to come back to this facility.

  I’m from Michigan & have property in Ohio. Time for an oil change. I stopped in at express oil change. When I got there Braydon Ruzzles was my service guy. He was so nice, knowledgeable and helpful. I told him I was going back home to Michigan the next day. He made sure everything was done and I would be safe getting home. The rest of the crew were also very nice. Thank you Braydon and the crew for the 5 star service. Sincerely, Cheryl Jordan

  Overall, my experience at this facility yesterday was quite satisfactory. I contacted them earlier in the day and was informed that I would need to wait, but an appointment for an alignment could be accommodated. I arrived at the scheduled time, and my vehicle was immediately taken into the service bay for the necessary work. They kindly offered me water while I waited. The staff demonstrated high professionalism, asking about my preferences regarding the camber and other vehicle specifications. Although their prices were somewhat higher than those of other providers, I would still recommend their services.
