  Very rude staff asked about the food because they didn't really have anything out or it was almost gone and a guy went back and asked and I guess they didn't say nothing most of all the food in there is gone at least they could have answered a paying customer they brought out pizza and didn't say anything else

  Tim was the cashier on duty tonight and was sooooo welcoming and polite!! What a breath of fresh air in today’s society! He welcomed us as we walked in and gave us information on how my husband can reinstate his Pilot Rewards card! Kudos to this young man and the management that hired him! Please let him know his kindness was noticed!

  I don't normally stop at this location but on this occasion I did because they have cinnabons there I was kind of stunned by the way the manager who is talking to some of his staff seemed a little off when a staff member asked for a few moments to run something past him and he cut her off very rudely and shortly and said we're going to have to talk about this tomorrow and then continue to talk and talk and talk and talk and did not listen to her he talked over her If this is an example of how the employees are being treated it's not very professional. And also the workers at work behind the food counter look very disheveled and dissatisfied they don't look like they're happy employees I was happy to be able to get my cinnabon and get out of there quickly
