  Super thankful of the team at Monro, Bryan, OH for patching our tire within 45 min from us showing up today. Heading out on a roadtrip this morning and finding a nail is a terrible feeling and Monro seamlessly eased what could have been a very frustrating day.

  Everyone that helped me was phenomenal! Deven was able to get me in and out during my lunch break, even with a stripped bolt. Earl made sure that I got the best rate on parts and labor. They went above and beyond when they did not have to and it is very appreciated!

  The guys were very helpful and polite. They finished the job quickly and efficiently in 45 min while I waited. They also acted like I got a great deal. However, I recently discovered that the muffler for my car cost $77 and Monro Muffler charged me $550. I believe that is too much for labor cost.

  Had tire pressure issues on my way to work. Stopped in to get some assistance. I was greeted and helped right away. Turns out I ran over a nail. They took my vehicle in and patched the tire immediately. No charge. They were also helping others during this time. Very friendly and helpful.
