  Two vehicles in the last 3 months to get oil changes and our "free" tire rotation never happened on either car. First car we only noticed it cause we were low on air a few weeks before our oil change and after oil the same tire got low. Second car before we took it in we marked the tire to confirm when we picked it up it would confirm rotation. Nope! Mr. Tire has gone down hill. Will be going to another place for future oil changes. Please don't tell people you will rotate their tires when you have no intentions in doing it.

  I've got to say this use to be a good place to go and get your vehicle worked on but something has changed and it not good. I took my car in today for a slow leak in my tire. Well let's just say they tried to get over on someone that know how they work. Was told by the gentleman at the counter that my tire was not repairable not do to the location but due to the amount of tread that was on my tire. He stated that by law they are not allowed to repair my tire. Now I know they are low and new tires are something I need to get but to tell me you can't plug a or patch a tire with a nail in it with 3/32 is ridiculous. Law states that anything under 2/32s should not be repaired. So no I didn't get it fixed. But of course they found other things wrong like my brake fluid needs flushed or my coolant needs flushed or my air filter needs changed. Why are you under my hood when I asked you to check my tire. And then I heard them charge another customer for a screw up they caused but that's a different story. Like I said it used to be a good place to go but once they changed their staff to who's there now all the good has gone. Of course they'll have someone come up with a response to this but it doesn't change the fact that they tried to scam or cheat someone who used to work in the same industry just to boost their profit. If possible find a different spot to take your vehicle this place is not it anymore.

  Mr Tire in Brunswick took care of my flat tire very quickly.The employees were friendly and professional. The manager had a real nice old Chevy Camero that I loved but he wouldn't let me have it.

  Ended up getting a flat tire yesterday. Went in today to get two new tires for the front end of my vehicle. Abe and Mike were very kind and polite and professional. They’re very knowledgeable about what my car needed and we’re able to help me make the best decisions for right now regarding what was absolutely needed and what will be addressed in the near . Thank you very much to both of you and I appreciate you.

  I brought my vehicle to Mr. Tire for a simple tire rotation before a road trip. During the service, they broke one of my wheel studs and asked me to return the next day so they could obtain the correct replacement part. When I returned, they replaced the stud with one that was a different size than the others on the vehicle. I expressed concerns about whether it was safe to drive, and the response I received was, "Drive it like you stole it." I was assured the vehicle was safe. Unfortunately, while on vacation, my brake caliper fell off while I was driving, creating a very dangerous situation. Based on the subsequent inspection, it appears the caliper may not have been properly secured during the wheel stud repair. To make matters worse, I filed a complaint with corporate over a month ago and never received any response or follow-up. What should have been a routine tire rotation turned into a costly and potentially dangerous experience. Due to the poor workmanship, dismissive attitude toward safety concerns, and lack of customer service afterward, I will not be returning to Mr. Tire.
