  Had a bumper replaced on my Chevy 3500. Great communication on what was happening with parts coming in and when it would be done. They got a rental car to come pick me up, and even though it was just a bumper they cleaned my truck and even the inside and the windows. Awesome people to work with. I highly recommend.

  The Gerber Team are total pros. They’re efficient, effective, and the team is so friendly. Been 3x now over the years and they’re my go-to team for car body repairs.

  Daughter had an accident back in November. She was not at fault. Had Gerber do the repair. Picked the vehicle up and noticed the bumper was not aligned properly.Gerber fixed it no issues. When the winter broke and I washed the vehicle I noticed that the head light had water in it. Called Gerber as well as my insurance. Gerber got it taken care of with my insurance no problem. When I went to pick it up the vehicle the bumper was once again not aligned properly which made me upset and heated. Manager came out and apologized that they should have noticed and he took care of it on the spot. Overall great job guys, my apologies for getting upset.

  I appreciated the attention to detail, the promptness of the repair, the text alerts to the progress of the repairs, and the overall quality I received my car back at delivery. The car looks like new off the lot.

  I had body work done on my car last July, I noticed a reflector had fallen out over the winter. Gerber replaced it, no questions asked. Their warranties are the real deal!
