  My wife and I had a wonderful experience at Brunswick. We drove 3 hours to purchase a van. The day started with a small hitch but we continued our journey. The small hitch turned into the possibility of returning home without the vehicle. Our salesman, Liam Harris, and his manager, Jeff Ball, went above and beyond to accomodate our requests. They were polite, respectful, and reasonable. We were able to strike a deal and leave with the van same day. The finance office was backed up. Liam called around the other Brunswick dealers and fit us in with Patrick Kanieski at the Subaru dealer. Patrick was very knowledgeable and walked us through the process with no hiccups. He did not try to sell or push us into anything they were offering. Thoroughly explained each item with pros and cons to each. He was also very respectful and polite. We were able to close the deal with 100% of our expectations fulfilled. Thank you Brunswick. My wife is thrilled with the purchase. And we are very pleased with the services provided. We will be returning in the future. Exemplary customer service. Would highly recommend.

  Second time leasing from Mazda and it was again a very smooth process from start to finish. Brett was wonderful with all the paperwork and took the time to show me all the new features in my car and answered any and all questions. Ryan in financing explained the details and made it stress free. I never felt pressured into anything and truly appreciated the excellent customer service!

  This was my first time (and last minute!) oil & filter change / tire rotation on my new Mazda CX5.... Greg helped me arrange my appointment, and while I was waiting in their very nice, very clean courtesy area, Joel (a manager?) walked by to get some coffee. He randomly greeted me and asked what my vehicle was in for, which I thought was brave since it could have been being serviced for something bad or that I was upset about... His question led to a brief conversation, but what I most appreciated about the whole interaction was that he wasn't afraid to ask why I was there. To me, doing that meant he had confidence in the Mazda brand. The price I paid felt fair, and I was in and out in about 35 minutes. The dealership felt classy and everyone looked professional and acted the same way, yet they still managed to be friendly and approachable. I love my Mazda CX5 and and feel very comfortable continuing to bring my car Brunswick Mazda for service and repairs. Also, a shout out to Brett and Hannah who did some back and forth emailing with me several months ago... I didnt end up buying my vehicle from Brunswick Mazda this time, but I'm keeping those emails specifically so I can reach out to Brunswick Mazda first the next time I'm in the market for a car. Thanks everyone!

  Took my 2018 VW tiguan in for an oil change (which was fine). They said my front spring was broken so I had to schedule an appointment to get that replaced which was a hassle. Dropped it off on Monday they said it would be done by end of day 8pm. No update calls and no way to talk to the service advisor or manager(this is a recurring issue). I Ended up driving up there at 6pm to see what was going on. They said they were low on technicians ( that would have been good information to know, would have set my level of expectation) Had to get a rental car. Picked up my car on Tuesday night. When I got home my husband said the spring was installed upside down and incorrectly. Wednesday morning drove back up to get it fixed and was met with attitude. Once they saw the issue the service advisor was very apologetic. Glad to say it’s fixed now.

  While it is a shame that car dealers no longer carry a abundance of cars on the lots we went out looking just in case. We were in the market for a Highlander. We had stopped at to other Toyota dealerships and both times we were meet with new salesmen. They fell far below our standard of working with someone. At Victory, we would have walked out that day with a Platnimum Highlander but nobody wanted to deal. Akron the guy just kept worrying about what we were going to end up.paying, siting everything was so expensive...what???? Then came Brunswick where we bought our first Highlander. Joe Gonzalez was out the door before we got in. Got the keys to the one of two Highlanders on the lot..( the Platnimum was about to be sold) we test drove, he explained a lot about the car. We crunched numbers and he explained finance options and we came to a number. We went home with a Grand Highlander... but you gotta watch that cheap Toyota manufacturer. Our first mid size Highlander had the JBL speakers...the GRAND does not...what a difference.
