  My truck was part of a recall. Brunswick Ram not only fixed the problem but when I dropped off my truck another recall was issued and that was taken care of as well.   My experience at Brunswick Auto Mart has been disappointing from the start. Even at my very first 5,000‑mile service, communication was poor and my concerns weren’t taken seriously. My recent visit was more of the same—long wait despite an appointment and inconsistent service. I’ve decided to take my vehicle elsewhere.

  Overall okay with past experiences. However, lug nuts on car were not torqued to Subaru’s spec of 89 Ft-Lbs and were on WAY too tight. Also asked if they could install a Fumoto oil valve. They said they could not as a brass piece kept falling off. Turns out they snapped the part and broke it (probably over torquing it). Otherwise, I’ve been given decent discounts and good customer service!

  I live in the Northeast, but had to stalk the Toyoto.com website to find the specific car that I wanted (an apparently rare version and color of the Toyota Prius Limited). Lo and behold, it showed up in Ohio at Brunswick Auto Mart. My sales rep Alex Drescher kept in touch with constant updates as the car made its way from Japan to the dealership, then guided me through the complexities of making an out of state purchase. And he picked me up at our hotel to take me to the dealership. 5 star service all the way.

  I just bought my Tiguan toward the end of May. Two weeks ago the warning light came on for a low air pressure in the right rear tire. I checked it out and put air in the tire. I have to admit the light would not go off so I checked the book that comes with the car and found how to turn it off thru the info system. A week later, the light came back on. I was going to be in Brunswick that day so I stopped by the dealership without an appointment. The gentleman at the service desk was very helpful. He said they would check it out and I could have a seat in the waiting area. It did not take that long and he called me back and showed me that there was a slow leak because I had a nail in the tire. He could not patch it and he would have to order a new tire for me. I told him I would be back in Brunswick on Thursday and would bring it in then. I did not need an appointment which was great. I brought it in on Thursday and they took care of it right away. It was great not to have to make an appointment and knowing that they will take care of you in a timely manner. Both gentleman working the service desk are friendly and courteous. Actually, I know Bob because he has sold many a cars to me and my family. I would highly recommend them if you are looking to purchase a Volkswagon.
