  Visited Brunswick Subaru for routine oil change and tire rotation. I always deal with Service Consultant David Dang. David is very professional and customer oriented, easy to work with. We were very satisfied with this recent experience.

  I appreciated that Subaru took me an hour early for my appointment. The standard work was done well. I was a little disappointed at the attempt to fix a wheel well guard that lost a fastener. It appears that they tried to tape it down and that didnt last ride home. I have put my own Gorilla tape on it, but would have preferred a metal scres to hold it down.

  The service for my first complementary oil change was just fine. Nothing exceptional from my experiences with other car dealerships, but it was the basics of what to expect. Upon arrival I was taken care of almost immediately, and they already knew the reason I was there was for an oil change. The staff and my service representative were very polite and cordial. The estimated time they quoted me for one hour for one hour and 15 minutes was on the money. Once completed, I signed the appropriate paperwork and left. I didn’t ask but I would have liked a summary of the inspection though it was documented in the paperwork. No additional information was provided like next oil change (which I would have scheduled.). A group of few words I guess. The waiting room are was spacious with several seating options, TV & complimentary hot beverages. Would have liked to have seen some snacks as my other car service areas provided something to munch on while waiting. Got spoiled, I guess.

  Actually not that well. 1. Advertised a vehichle with 23,000+ miles, told by the salesman you only had it for a couple of weeks. Find out at financing, after the deal was negotiated that the truck had 2500+ more miles than advertised, feel this was very deceptive. That came as a dissapointment & shock. 2. Didnt pick the truck up until 1-1/2 week later, asked for it to be detailed in that time span, it was not, or if it was it was done incredibly badly. Asked for a sticker to be removed from the prior owner, was told it would be when detailed. It too wasnt done. All said, you might be good at moving product, but you are not good at providing customer care & attention to details that matter to customers spending hard earned money on large purchases. Seems at the end of the day, the only thing really of interest to you is making a buck.
