  Michael crushed it over there. We had to come from a different location because the other location was completely clueless. Michael explained everything to us on the phone when my wife walked in. She was ready to go. The entire process took less than 10 minutes, with flawless execution. This man deserves a raise

  This branch has been one of the best I’ve used. Really showed everyone that entered the doors with respect and calmness, it was really busy the morning I picked up our rental. They did everything possible to make our rental five stars!

  I want to leave a fair review because I gotten cars in this enterprise location couple times and the experience itself is sad, June 9 I got a Nissan Altima 2026 and report on the same day that the car pulls so much gas mind you gas is very expensive and to find out there was a leak somewhere because the gas smell somehow was in the car itself I called for a swap after having it for a week and they gave me a VW Jetta which I was more happy to take because is good on gas so i accept the swap of vehicle now enterprise says they want us comfortable in they’re rental (Clean car smelling good drivable) but sad to say all you smell in the car is strong bleach and car is very dirty seats aren’t clean, dash is dirty cup holder like who ever clean (supposedly clean) did do a great job had to even buy a Little tree to at least kill the bleach smell, plus I get “travel assist currently not available” every time I drive the car “SOS Alert” in the car goes crazy I’m not sure what’s going on but they need to do better before giving customers a rental I have picture to show how dirty this is can’t wait to get my personal car back worst experience I have had

  Yeah the first time I rented a car from these guys it was a smooth transition. Everything worked out perfect. This time around I got hung up on twice and then when I went to go ask about the truck if it was ready they said they should know within a few hours. But I'm trying to rent a truck from today's projects I have and telling me that it might be ready in a few hours. Does me no good. So standing around waiting on them to tell me when they'll have a truck. Just cost me money
