  After an auto accident that was not my fault, the Insurance company authorized a rental from Enterprise. I drove the rental a total of 4 miles in the 10 days I had it. I had to put down a 50.00 deposit. I have tried several times to get my deposit back after returning the vehicle only to be told that the other employee wasxrespinsible for it, they would contact me, the employee was not on and the excuses keep coming. Slk I want is my deposit back! The Bowling Green, Ohio Enterprise Rental is a rip off! After posting this I was contacted by Sterling at Enterprise. There was a lot of confusion on my part, their part, but mostly the issue is with the Insurance company. Insurance has become such a scam. Sterling made things right and apologized. The office is always busy at this location and more help would improve customer service. Thank you for making things right.
