  Sterling Hopkins, Branch Manager at Enterprise, provided excellent service during a stressful situation. I had a minor incident while traveling from the U.S. to Canada and needed to switch vehicles. He was very helpful, reassuring, and quickly coordinated everything with the Canadian Enterprise location. I was back on the road in no time. Really appreciate his support!
