  Sterling was fantastic to work with at the Bowling Green Ohio office. Same day vehicle pick up, very friendly and courteous. Kept me informed with my claim and how to handle return. Will definitely use them again should the need arise. 💯⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  The Bowling Green Ohio location is wonderful. Sterling the Bowling Green Oh manager did a fantastic job. I will only rent from the BG store from now on. The porter/detailing dept at this location did a great job as well.

  If i could give 6 stars I would. Friendly staff and they went out of their way to make me and my family feel comfortable until our ride got there.

  I rented from enterprise 2 times in the past with no issue but this time the first car they gave me had a slow leak. I took it back and called them a day in advance to ask for a new car which they said was fine. The new car had expired plates causing me to get pulled over and needed an oil change and you could smell it did. Customer service was pretty good but driving 30 minutes to get another car that wasn’t registered was really frustrating.
