  Don’t rent from here if you have an insurance claim they look at you as least priority they only care if you have money to give them they won’t help you out even if your the victim suffering from a car accident and lost everything

  The people there were so friendly, accommodating and understanding I was a bit late for returning and they accepted the rental with no extra charge for time spent! Thanks so much guys!

  Terrible, they picked me up in a mini van my wife and i,we get to the boardman enterprise and they pull up a Mitsubishi thats no bigger than my johndeere,I told them look im on a cane and a walker im handicapped I cant get in and out of this thing,they guy told me just drive it home and ill have you a replacement tonight or in the morning for you ,and I said ok thats fine I guess.next day I call there and they guy on the phone says sorry we cant unless you pay more money.this is under Insurance of the people that hit my toyota camry.the problem is the guy straight lied to me just to get me out of there

  I had called and tried to make a reservation with another location and was transferred elsewhere ( not the local office I was trying to reach). It did not go well and I was not happy. I drove to the Boardman office and was met by Nate. He was incredibly helpful and was able to get me a car last minute. I can't thank him enough in an already stressful situation!!

  During our pickup three people in front of us were returning vehicles with issues. They tried giving us a smaller vehicle than we reserved. We broke down ourselves thirty minutes into our drive. Had to get an Uber and exchange vehicle at Pittsburgh airport causing us to miss our vacation on day one. New vehicle was smaller than we wanted but there was nothing left in stock and so we had an uncomfortable ride. They never responded to the text message system and no one we talked to on the phone would assist us until we returned the vehicle. Second vehicle started telling us the oil was past due being changed so this seems like a big issue with vehicle maintenance.
