Two weeks ago, my fiancé and I suddenly found ourselves down to one car with two very opposing schedules. After about a week of trying to make it work, I looked at her and said "we can't do this anymore, we need to get a rental".
This Enterprise just happened to be nearby. I got on their website, found the type of car I wanted, and within 10 minutes I was in their lobby with the keys in my hand. Carter walked me through the process, made every bit of their financial policy extremely clear, and had me on the road quick and confident. Not to mention their flexibility - we weren't sure when we'd get the other car back and we were able to adjust our rental day by day until we got it.
God forbid we end up in this situation again, I will be returning to this Enterprise. Thank you guys!
Recently had a rental from here while my car was in the body shop being repaired. First vehicle given to me I had some issues with it had a bad vibration at 45-60mph and a foul smell of marijuana when the heater was turned on. Called in and spoke to the assistant manager with no hesitation he told me to bring the car back that they would give me another. Upon arriving he gave me 2 keys and showed me both vehicles told me to take them on a test drive and make sure everything was working ok and I was satisfied before leaving the lot. He went above and beyond to make sure i was happy with the rental that i had for 3 weeks while my car was in the body shop being repaired.

I recently rented a car from Enterprise in Boardman Ohio for an out-of-town trip for my sister surgery. With all the confusion and heartache I was going through at that time it was so comforting to have Isaac be so helpful and kind when I picked up the car and when I returned the car Hannah was equally kind and helpful. I will definitely be using Enterprise in the future.

My rental experience through this location was fantastic! A rental was set up for me through my car dealership while my van was in for service, picking up the rental was a breeze and the guy who helped me was so personable and helpful I wish I could remember his name. I did have to exchange the rental part way through due to a minor recall on the van I was driving (I greatly appreciated that I was notified about the recall and advised to bring it in) I was able to switch cars that day and the service again was fantastic. Returning the van was just as simple and only took a few minutes. I would recommend this location to anyone needing a rental just based on the customer service.

had a confirmed reservation for 12 PM and unfortunately experienced multiple issues from the start. Upon arrival, I was not acknowledged at the counter while other customers who came in after me were addressed first.
I was then given a vehicle that had not been properly checked. It had a key fob warning, I requested that to be looked at before leaving, the car was not wiped down inside, the seats showed that and I let them know about a crack in the window so it could be noted. They changed the battery in key fob, I turned the car off it would not start, went back in they said that was a dead battery they just put in the key fob, waited for another battery, then it started, I left and shortly after leaving, the car failed to start completely. It kept saying key fob, it would not lock doors or beep, I was left stranded and had to leave the vehicle at my appointment location and arrange my own transportation back to the branch before closing, on a Saturday where they close at 2pm.
This caused me to miss my scheduled appointment time and incur an additional fee.
Upon returning the vehicle, Nate assisted me and did apply a $100 adjustment to my rental and provided additional offers for a future rental, which I do appreciate. He made an effort to improve the situation at that point.
However, the overall experience should not have happened in the first place. A vehicle should be properly inspected before being rented, and customers should be acknowledged and assisted in a timely and professional manner.
I’m sharing this so there is awareness, and I hope improvements are made moving forward.
