This store has a complete lack of regard for your expensive investment. Look at the picture and see the condition of it. The interior is covered with parts and dust.
My advice for anyone taking your vehicle in for repairs is to make a unannounced visit to check on your vehicles progress.
By stopping in you can make sure it is being worked on and it is being cared for. This is your vehicle and you have a right to check on it and take pictures if you want.
I can not believe that the estimator, the managers, and any worker would have such a complete lack of concern about someone's personal property.
If Gerber would do this to this vehicle they will or have done it to yours.
I would also advise you have your vehicle inspected for workmanship.
If you are not happy with your repair report it to your insurance company. I would not give second chances take it somewhere else.
This may be the second most expensive investment you make and you deserve better.

Genuinely shocked at how good my truck looked after they were done with it. Inside and out phenomenal job and such a breeze with insurance. I will be coming back if anything else happens. (I want the cooler)
I had my vehicle repaired after hitting a deer. This location was able to fit me in quickly. The workmanship was on point using all new plastic clips and propper hardware. I had a few questions and one small issue about the windshield replacement. This issue was remedied on the spot by a supervisor. He made sure I was satisfied before I left. In this day and age it is hard to find quality work and customer service. For me, this is exactly what I received. Hopefully I don't have any more accidents, but if I do I will be returning to this location.
I recently had my vehicle repaired at Gerber Collision & Glass through my insurance after storm damage, and overall I’m pretty disappointed with the experience.
The shop had my car for an extended period of time, which was frustrating on its own. Communication throughout the process was very poor, and it was difficult to get in touch with someone who could provide clear or straight answers.
When I was finally notified that it was ready, I showed up expecting quality work—but unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. The paint had visible runs, some trim pieces were damaged, and the car was returned to me dirty.
To their credit, they did work with me to correct the issues and eventually made things right. However, the initial quality, lack of communication, and the overall timeline really left a bad impression.
In the end, while they fixed the problems, the overall experience wasn’t great, and I can’t say I’d confidently recommend this shop.

Bad work, communication and no staff working multiple times!
Started the journey in September. They cancelled my estimate because of sickness ( employee) days prior to my date.
Got work completed. Gave me 1 hr to pick up my car before close, during work hours. Couldn't get it the next morning because the rental would charge me personally.
Single person - I have had to inconvenience many people for rides and take time off of work. Having to go there 5 times!
Got car and the work completed was terrible. Had to go back to confirm it was bad. When making an appointment said that staff would be off for holiday (Called end of November) . Tried for Feb but I said how about January. Went in January, sat for 15 minutes, waiting for my ride. They then decide to tell me that at their 8 am meeting, the time I dropped of my car, that their employees were sick and can't work on my car.
After ANOTHER time taking it back they said the service would be one day. I waited all day and no updates. Called at 3:30 and said they would call back . They didn't, so I headed there and waited for it to be done. (4:30, close at 5) .
Pulled the car around and IT WAS STILL not right!
Had to wait for someone to take it back. Luckily this time it was popping the light back in place.
They knew their work was bad for me 3 other times and still didn't make sure it was done correctly.
NO one ever walks out with you after service to make sure the work is done correctly.
Unfortunately, this was through my insurance so I had to get the service completed.
Only positive, the front desk woman Shelby is kind.
