I had a tire that had slowly leaking air. It was fixed quickly for me. Staff was knowledgeable and friendly. I recommend this place for your tire needs

I brought 4 tires in to be mounted and balanced. The time was decent but the price was absurd. 289 dollars to get 4 tires mounted and balanced. When I asked why it was so much, I was told it was "shop supplies". When they couldn't tell me what shop supplies cost 100 dollars then they took the fee down to 50 dollars. It just shows it was a bs charge to begin with. So I paid roughly 250 which is still way too much. Then I was told my lower control arms are bad but they'd be happy to change them for 1500 dollars. Ridiculous. I just bought both control arms for 192 dollars this morning. So, there was 1300 dollars in labor? Crazy, and I'm sure some mysterious fees would be added. The work itself was fine. Won't be going back though.

I really don't like to leave 1 star reviews and I've mulled this over for a couple months now. I feel a need to warn others (especially those not super knowledgeable about vehicles) on my recent experience. I paid almost $1000 for new tires on my car. New tires includes wheel balancing. The day after I got the new tires I could tell something was off. I asked my passengers who also confirmed they believed the wheels weren't balanced as the car vibrated even on the new section of 71. I made an appt to come back in to have it checked. I showed up for the appt and was told they had a big job from the previous day that wasn't finished so I had to reschedule. That's kind of annoying considering I was asking them to check something that they possibly didn't do correctly but I didn't complain and made another appt. I came back the next week and told them to make sure the wheels had been balanced. I had recently gotten an oil change somewhere else and that place had balanced my old wheels a week before I ended up replacing the tires so we easily would be able to tell if new wheel weights were on. The manager came back and said yup, the wheel weights that were on the car were not the same kind this shop used and told me I would need to pay to have my wheels balanced. They didn't even realize what they were saying was PROOF that they didn't balance my wheel which is included in the price of new tires. I had to advocate for that and the manager agreed and had the shop balance my wheels. #1, it's crazy that I spend a grand on new tires and the mechanic just forgot a very important step of balancing my wheels. #2 I had to come in TWICE to fix the problem. #3 I had to advocate and prove they don't know what they're doing. Most women probably wouldn't have understood that and would have been taken advantage of in the moment. #4, had I not known my car well enough to tell something was off, my tread would have worn much quicker and I would have possibly needed an alignment. Moral of the story is this place has gone super down hill and I won't go back. The manager was kind and understanding but this was an incredibly inconvenient and expensive mess up on their part. They didn't even offer any kind of coupon for future visits or anything which would have been the very least they could have done

I don’t don't ever take the time to leave reviews even of i had a bad experience, but my experience at this location was so horrendous i have to let people know to never go to this place. I stopped in around 11am they said if i came back in an hour they could get me in. All i needed done was three tpms replaced, a job that should take under 20 min. So i killed some time and came back in an hour, 2 1/2 hours later my truck was still sitting in the parking lot. Finally after 4 hours they took my truck inside. After another hour of waiting they asked if i wanted my tpms replaced. I said yes thats the entire reason i brought my truck in you haven’t done that yet? All they did in the hour of working on my truck was rotate my tires (which they did incorrectly by the way). So i didn't just waste 5 hours of my day for nothing i let them continue the work just so at least i could get my original goal accomplished. Well after all the work was done the tpms still weren't working. The employee said sometimes they take time to register, so I left and after an hour of driving they still didnt work. I took my truck to another tire location and they told me that the berea location installed all the wrong parts on my truck. The lady was trying to refuse a refund unless i drove all the way back there so they can take the parts back. This entire process wasted my entire day and I have never been in such disbelief how poorly a business can be run. If i could leave a negative stars i would love that option. DO NOT EVER STEP FOOT INTO BEREA TIRE CHOICE AUTO SERVICES!!!! This review doesn’t even due my experience justice. The second tire place said they could have done this job in 15 minutes and this location made me sit for 6 hours all to prove they are totally clueless how to work on a vehicle.
