  This was an insurance claim, but everyone at the shop did great, treated my wife like a valued customer, and we got our car back a day early. Thanks to everyone over at Gerber!!

  Unexpectedly hit a deer and it caused significant damage to my car. Gerber in Berea was amazing from the start, they were able to take my car immediately they worked with insurance, Immediately asked if I needed help securing a rental, and were very patient during a stressful time. As they assessed the car with my insurance, they communicated every step of the way, the work they did was amazing, excellent craftsmanship, service oriented and first class every step of the way.

  I've had three vehicles go to Gerber and each time, they continue to provide high class customer service and their work is amazing. Although I hope never to need them again, I know I can count on them if I did.

  Went there for missing part cover for the antenna which was vandalize. Andy was very helpful informative and made great advice. I am now going with them for the repairs
