The only reason I used your service was i had a coupon and thought it was gonna be around $30.00, not 50.00. Sadly for me.

- RPraclapp12 PRIVATEAug 8, 20261.0Calling: First alot of AI nonsense to get by to even reach a human. 2nd, if you bring upgraded parts to be used..THERE IS NO CREDIT FOR NOT USING THEIR FILTER. 3rd. Can NOT provide even basic info on details of their filter beyond "it is branded Valvoline". Diesel engines are picky on filtering requirements. 4th, I mentioned this engine had special oil requirement from Mopar.. woman would not tell me details on their planned oil. Finally the woman was very curt when I gave feedback about AI and asked for details of the oil change on the 2015 ram 1500 with ecodiesel engine. All in all, a very very bad phone experience. I now have zero interest in trying them if this is how I'm treated before I even get there. Final price with various sales adjusting was quoted at $156. Mopar at mig is approx 200.
