  I called looking to have a new tire put on the rim. The man ordered the tire & said it would be there the next day & they would call when it came in. I finally called the next day & the lady said " It just came in " bring in the rim & drop it off & they would get it done. We waited 3 hrs & I finally went there to see if it was done & she said " it just got done " . As I'm standing there waiting at the counter, instead of taking my payment so i could go about my day , she ruffles through paperwork for about 10 minutes then calls someone on the phone telling them their job is done. Then she shuffles about 10 more minutes looking for my paperwork. She was so unorganized & unprofessional that i cant believe she's the manager. The man who took my order, very professional. As far as , it just got here & it just got done, I don't believe her. We have 2 tire shops in Bellefontaine & both are closed on Saturday. Maybe someone should think about more staff that day at Tire Choice.

  You know what sucks is I used to come here and get good service. I had an appointment earlier this week for 5pm and I come in at that time and apparently whoever made my appointment for 1pm. Not a huge deal. Then I bring my car in about about a flat tire that needed repaired. They tell me I need a new wheel and a new tire and my wheel is bent. They also didn’t find a hole. I brought my brother in law my car after to confirm this after I spent money on a new wheel. He said he didn’t see any of that by the edge of the tire and the wheel looked fine to him and he also found a hole. I took it to LeVan’s in town and they attested to what my brother in law said and found the hole and repaired the tire. So frustrating I waited 2 hours to be told I needed a new wheel and tire and my brother in law who isn’t even a mechanic was able to find the hole. I will go to LeVan’s from now on. Not to mention there is nobody working here anymore and a long wait in the lobby and the woman at the counter felt very condescending when she was speaking to me like I was dumb. I bought all four tires from this place and have been a long standing customer. Not anymore.

  Kind and friendly staff. Christopher at the Brandt pk location is an amazing mechanic who gets the job done right is a timely manor.

  Absolutely horrible customer service this place is a joke. They let me sit for over an hour to say they couldn't fix my tire. It would have been as easy as someone looking at it before you say yes we can fix it. I understand things can't always be repaired but they didn't even look said yep we sure can I drive a half hour each way for nothing.

  We had a screw in one of our tires an issue with one of our blinkers. They fixed both issues!!
