  Air conditioning stopped working even though the compressor would still come on. I had no idea what was going on. And it was completely fixed within thirty minutes at a very reasonable price

  While we appreciated how kind staff was, there were a few things that would cause me say "do not take your car here." We were having some transmission issues and on the paperwork we signed it says it was no charge for a diagnostic/error code reading. When we came back they then told us it was going to be $80, this was never stated, written or said. Secondly, when we asked for a copy of the paperwork so we could have the codes they refused to print us a copy and instead hand wrote them down. I've never been anywhere that doesn't give you a copy of the work performed.

  Brought my car in for a new set of tires and an alignment after replacing suspension parts on my older car. After getting my alignment was told I couldn't get a printout because the printer wasn't working yet they printed my invoice. Anyway was told the car got bumped so the alignment sheet was gonna look off but was told that the alignment was good to go. I listened and trusted their word but noticed as soon as I got in the car the steering wheel was off center and the steering wheel would not return to center but instead would stick in place anytime I would make a turn. I thought it was odd so I called requesting the printout nicely and was told three times over the course of two days it would be done that day and was put on their "to do list" starting to become frustrated I asked my parents for help because I'm not the best with confrontation and finally got the printout and finally got the printout a day after. Seeing the alignment was clearly bad and explained itself why the car was driving like crap we went in and asked for a refund though they tried to have me bring my car back on the alignment machine I didn't trust it anymore and finally got a refund a couple days later. Brought my vehicle to beydouns down the road and they worked directly on the alignment done by tire choice and completely fixed it right up! Was told as well they get customers that complain about tire choice. Will not be going back to tire choice again.

  Avoid this place at all costs especially with alignments. My son went in for an alignment, he picked it up and was driving home and realized something was wrong and that the wheel wasn't returning to center. He called immediately and asked them to provide the print out of the alignment and he was told the printer was out of paper so he asked the lady, who is also the Manager (Nadara) for the emailed copy directly and she made every excuse saying it was on her "to do list" and "they were slammed" "she'll get to it when she gets to it". After my son asked multiple times nicely day after day and getting attitude from this woman, I had to step in to get his printout to find out why the car was driving funny. She finally, with reluctance, emailed the printout 3 days later and the printout proved it wasn't aligned to spec. So they charged him for an alignment and didn't even align it properly! When we walked into this location to address why the printout showed that it wasn't even properly aligned she proceeded to blame my son saying "I told him the day he picked it up the tech bumped the car prior to the printout which is what caused it to be wrong" makes no sense especially for the entire center and back end to not be in spec. They were doing everything to cover their own butts bc it was obvious the car wasn't driving fine. She tried to schedule to have it redone and I said no thank you! After all the hassle and taking 3 days to get a simple print out of the work he paid for, then realizing the problem was them, we didn't trust their work anymore or want to deal with this again and requested a refund and said we'd take it elsewhere. He took it to another shop in town and this other shop stated they get business all the time from tire choice in Bellefontaine bc of the horrible work they do! Very sad to take advantage of people especially when the printout showed it should have never left the shop being in the red like that.

  Came to this location for years going back to when it was just Monroe, never had much of an issue until my most recent visit in the fall of last year. I typically do my own oil changes but I had just bought and paid 48k in full for my first new vehicle ever, 4Runner TRD off-road, and it has a pretty hefty skid plate over the pan so I opted to just go to a shop and get it done right and make life a little easier. I was there for an abnormally long time, Toyota oil filters require a special socket of sorts to be removed which apparently was not on hand at the shop. A couple weeks or so go by when my infotainment system alerts me to a code and my engine light comes on, attempted to take it to the closest dealership out in Springfield but got rod knock over 2k rpms. Looked under hood and discovered an alarming amount of oil pooled on my skid plate. Bought this to be the vehicle I drive for the next 30 years so I was pretty upset and had it towed for around $300 or so to the dealership, I was told that the filter was installed incorrectly so they replace and clean up the mess it made,. I’m annoyed by this but consider myself lucky and move on. A few days pass and I smell oil burning so I check under the hood and see oil pooling on my skid plate again. I then top off and limp my way back to the dealership. After around 5 hours. They realize that when the tech who originally installed the filter at TireChoice over tightened it to the extent that it caused a small crack within the housing which caused the leak which had to be replaced, of course it wasn’t in stock. After $1800 in all and several months have passed issue free. I’ve consulted with my family attorney who is pushing for legal action. Personally, the money isn’t that deep to me but I just don’t want anyone else to get effed over by going to this shop.
