  My truck originally went in due to hail storm damage. I was originally told repairs were around $6,000. Now when checking the status of my truck repairs by the link they provided, damages are over $16,000 and Gerber Collision & Glass has not contacted me once. I had to reach out to them and was told I'd be called in a few days with an update. It has been over 2 weeks and they still haven't called. *Update* Now that I have received word from my Insurance Company that my truck is being totaled I had to retrieve my license plate from Gerber Collision & Glass. The people were very pleasant to deal with and very accommodating.

  Had a easy going, stressless encounter with Gerber collision. The whole staff was fast and friendly throughout my whole ordeal with the hail damage on my vehicle. Especially Jesse a polite young man who is courteous and very helpful!

  Was so excited and was going to have them do the body work because the woman I spoke with was amazing! We had arranged an inspection and quote for damage to my Audi. She had told me with my insurance company I had to have them present and I even gave her the claim number. Today I pulled up 15 minutes late due to heavy rain and traffic. I had to sit in the waiting room for maybe 10 minutes because the guy at the front desk was on the phone. Though office doors were open no one came out to greet me. Which is odd since I have owned businesses for thirty years and would never, but to each their own! They informed me they couldn’t do anything because they needed an insurance adjuster there for it. I explained this had already been discussed and I even gave them the claim number yesterday. He said she isn’t here today. Ok, so maybe they are that unorganized?? Then he went to check with the manager and basically said “ well you were suppose to be here at 2pm” ok.. wow.. again.. I said look outside the weather and traffic. If he had left or it was too late why wouldn’t a company call and let me know not to waste a trip?! I said so I wasted my time. He just said “ sorry”. Not let me reschedule, give a discount.. when you’re looking to spend thousands on bodywork , well they acted like I put them out! So I wasted an entire hour midday and left work, wasted gas at the price it is.. for zero! I will tell my Audi dealership to never refer anyone here again and I advise you or anyone to find a professional company that values your time and customer service. I am disappointed and too bad, I hope the woman I spoke with finds a better job. She was amazing but the rest awful. Perhaps the service would of been ok but I doubt it when they treat clients like trash. Especially in this economy.

  This repair shop is awesome. If your looking at reviews as I do trust me go ahead and give them a try you will be happy with your choice.

  My car was taken here as an Allstate good hands network service provider after it was involved in an accident. They did great work, putting the car back together, the car was returned to me around the time first quoted, and they kept me updated regularly via text. So far absolutely no complaints. A reputable service center.
