  This location is completely understaffed. The people working the desk are doing the best they can but management has set them up for failure. Waited over an hour for a rental car pickup with a reservation. Enterprise's system should not allow more reservations than they have staff on hand to address. Over fifteen reservations with only two people working the desk. Will never use enterprise again.

  Absolutely ridiculous experience with Enterprise. I already had a rental vehicle checked out and in my possession while my car was in the shop due to a hailstorm. Because there are apparently two separate claims involved, Enterprise decided I needed to physically bring the rental car back in just so they could “recheck it out” again. That alone is a huge waste of time and makes no practical sense. But what made it completely unacceptable was the way it was handled. I was told that if I did not bring the car in, they would call the police and report the vehicle stolen. That is an absurd and threatening way to treat a paying customer who already has the vehicle through a legitimate rental arrangement. This was not a situation where I disappeared with a car or refused to communicate. This was Enterprise creating an internal paperwork problem and then trying to force me to waste my time fixing it for them, under threat of police involvement. Completely unreasonable, unprofessional, and honestly insane customer service. Enterprise needs a better process for claim-related rentals instead of threatening customers over administrative issues that should be handled internally. I would not recommend this location based on how poorly this was managed. Absolutely ridiculous experience with Enterprise. TLDR: The branch manager at this Bedford location utilizes severe legal extortion and police threats as a tool to bully frustrated customers. After previously being told I would not need to swap vehicles during an insurance claim transition, the branch abruptly reversed their stance. When I became angry and escalated the call over the conflicting information, the branch manager explicitly threatened to file an immediate, retroactive felony auto-theft report to punish me for being 'unreasonable.' He weaponized local law enforcement simply because I was upset with his poor customer service. I ultimately had to comply under duress of an immediate arrest over an administrative contract lag. Unbelievably hostile, reckless, and toxic leadership. Avoid this location entirely."

  Was trying to arrange to pick up a vehicle after hours and I had called before they closed and they put me on hold until after they closed so that they didn't have to pick up the phone. They could have at least explained why they could not have done it rather than very unprofessionally leaving me on hold and then hanging up on me. Absolutely absurd
