  Staff is great! Sherman and Missy are very nice. Enterprise needs better vehicle selections, especially when a reservation is made weeks in advance. The genesis v80 (luxury Hyundai) was ok, I've rented better.

  I was able to get a rental at a great price and great service. I was helped by Sherman Dean and he was able to assist quickly while I was in a rush to get my child who quickly turned sick, home. Before helping me I noticed how he patiently helped an elderly women who asked him quiet a few questions and at no point did he show frustration or annoyance. It’s always good to see people care for young and old as well as their peers, Everything was a good experience! I would recommend this enterprise in Bedford and Sherman Dean to assist.

  My post is a little late, but better late than never. I wanted to reach out to you guys to let you know how appreciative I am of Bryce, Mimi Cassie and Andrew I have been renting cars for the last couple of months due to A very unfortunate incident with my car. You guys made this transition better for me and I would just like to say thank you. I will definitely recommend you guys and if I ever need service, I would definitely be back. You guys are awesome. Thank you.

  I’m so frustrated that I can’t make this long. Was given inconsistent information. The workers are manipulative, they almost gave a car salesperson vibe. I went because of my insurance company. Customer service was poor as well. And the outside of the car was dirty when they brought it to me… the guy says “well at least they got the inside” 😂 Update: we’re at the one in Northfield and having a much better experience.
