  Christin was amazing! She's very knowledgeable, and patient. There was no pressure or judgement. She's a natural saleswoman and makes you feel like you're her best friend. She gave me cupcakes for my birthday! She even impressed my very car savvy brother-in-law! Christin is a huge asset to your sales team!

  These folks are the best! Sadly, the Monroeville location doesn't have a drop box for after hours and neither does the one in Sandusky but you can go to the Mansfield office.

  My sales representative, Chanel, was absolutely wonderful throughout my entire car-buying experience. From the very beginning, she was incredibly helpful, patient, thoughtful, kind, and genuinely interested in hearing what I wanted and needed in my new vehicle. She took the time to listen to my preferences, answer all of my questions, and understand what was important to me instead of simply trying to make a sale. What I appreciated most was that I never felt pressured or rushed into making a decision. Chanel remained patient with me throughout the entire process and truly focused on helping me find a vehicle that I would love and feel confident purchasing.
