  General Manager Spencer and Car salesman Dennis is awesome ! 👏 They assisted me with the transport of my new car to my home and made the car buying experience so convenient ! No hidden fees or gimmicks, just a straight forward value purchasing process. I high recommend shopping here !

  They sold us a vehicle that needs the engine replaced. When we brought the vehicle back a day after purchasing due to it stalling they ensured us the vehicle was fine and that it was "user error" it took 3 weeks of back and forth to the dealership to find out the engine needs to be replaced... now we are stuck trying to get it fixed. The dealership says it will be 2 months without our vehicle "if they can duplicate the problem... and they will not provide a rental... so we have to pay for the rental for the 2 months while still making the car payments smh!!! Enterprise nor jeep is trying to fix this issue!!!! If I could give negative stars I would... never again will I buy from enterprise!!!!

  The sales team in Bedford Ohio, especially Josh, and Spencer, went out of thier way to insure I recieved the Car that I wanted, which wasn't cleared for market yet. Then had it shipped, the paperwork finished and cleared as quickly as possible. They were friendly, professional and straight forward!! Only discrepancy was the computer finance rate to monthly payment initial quote. Which the computer said was $581 monthly (was quoted at 5%) but could only deliver $626 monthly @7.54%. I am still happy with the overall service and the vehicle!--Rob M

  The dealership worked with me to get repairs approved and provided a rental car during the time my car is in the shop. It has been a journey, but I do appreciate them giving me a car. The first week in a half I had work travel. The insurance finally provided a car but only for 4 days. Management at Enterprise helped me work the issues I was having. I am looking forward for tge work on my car to be completed and praying no other major issues.

  I had an amazing experience with the Enterprise team in Bedford! My car was in the shop after an accident, and they made the entire rental process completely stress free. The 2025 Sonata they put me in was immaculate, handled the rough winter weather perfectly, and billing was handled seamlessly through my insurance. To top it all off, when I returned the vehicle, they went above and beyond by driving me 23 minutes down the road to the auto body shop so I could pick up my personal car. Excellent, friendly service from start to finish!
