Great experience! The lines are long at every valve line because everybody decides to go at once, but valvoline does a great job getting everyone through. Everyone is very nice and helpful. Presents other services but doesn’t pressure you which is nice. I’ll keep coming back!

Not a good first impression of Valvoline. I was offered an cabin air filter replacement without being told the price. I blame myself for saying yes, but the employee is responsible for not telling me that such a simple procedure would be sixty dollars. That meant the visit ended up costing almost double what my usual (appointment-only) guys offer. I'll be going back to them from now on. Every other upsell attempt came with the price tag up front. Caveat emptor from a college student who just needed to get his oil changed between classes.

Quick service nate and the team moved quickly and we're able to service multiple cars in a timely matter an associate also offered me a toy car to give to my daughter we were there under a half hr despite the multiple cars ahead. (We had just come from take 5 who took over 30 minutes servicing one car between two workers so having exceptional service was greatly appreciated )

It's the first time using the beavercreek location. At lest the beavercreek location seams to have their act together, which this will be my first stop the next time. I have a diesel truck. And last time I had to go to 2 defferent locations because the first one didn't have enough oil for my truck at least they called the other location to see if they had it and gave me a coupon. This time I had to go to 3 locations to finely get one. And no one done any calling other locations or evan a coupon this time. I had to call myself and thought i was calling the store but got there call center insted then she had to call the store herself to find out if they could do it.With the way diesel prices are and the time it took in each line just to find out they couldn't do it is so frustrating.
