  Deserves 0 stars. Had my vehicle for 4+ hours. We were going to get 4 tires, alignment, etc. We returned, vehicle was still in bay, hadn’t been touched, we witnessed them taking people in off the street and getting THEM done?!?! Don’t go here, give your money to a better place! We got no apology, no explanation, manager and employees didn’t care! Got our vehicle back with nothing done! Worst experience ever.

  I would give a negative 10 stars if possible, my husband dropped our car off at 11:00 a.m. and we should have known then that something was wrong when the man behind the counter laughed and said we are triple booked, and we went in for 4 new tires,needless to say we were told 2.5 hours and at 1:30 our car was sitting in their parking lot still unmoved, by 3:30 we were fed up and decided to go up there and get our car but at that time it was sitting in a bay and we thought oh o.k. its getting done.. How wrong we were.. now mind you they were running around taking care of people walking in getting a new tire and miscellaneous things while my car had been sitting there since 11:00 a.m. with a appointment ..and 1 individual walked up paid for his tire and said oh that wasn't bad I walked across the street had a beer and you are done!! While another individual walked in needed a tire and was getting it done while my car was sitting in a bay with nothing being done at 4:15. I would not go to this place if they offered free tires because you will never get them , they will laugh and say oh we are triple booked and take everybody but you even if you have a appointment! OH AND THE BEST part a individual pulled off the lot came right back and said his crash light was on,and all lights were on and his steering wheel was pulling to the side and he was told drive it 27 miles!! And that would fix it!! WRONG! This place needs to be under new management and be revamped, because right now it is the worse place I have ever been and I've bought a Lot of tires in my 58 years!! And here is the thing talking to the General Manager after taking our car and leaving with nothing done he literally didnt care and said Thanks for the advice...Really, You need advice on how to run a buisness??? You HAVE NO IDEA HOW TO RUN A BUISNESS!

  What is the point of making an appointment if they take non-appointment vehicles first while you've been sitting for an hour waiting on your vehicle to be taken in. Then come out and say, "oh we can't get to yours today" because of the non-appointment vehicle they took in. This place is on some bs. Waiting customers WITH APPOINTMENTS should come first and not be sent to another location because of your own incompetence.

  Went to the Dayton location first and got the 4 new tires with an alignment. The car shook real bad and pulled above 50. Went here to fix it and sat for another 3 hours and it was better but still not right. Went again and they were willing to help but honestly doesn’t seem like they did anything different and the alignment seems worse. Still shakes really bad above 70. Paid a little extra and go somewhere else that will get it done the first time. Listen to the reviews I should have.

  If I could give zero i would i had service done here on April 11th 2026 for a oil change and a tire rotation. I've been a lifelong customer i bought the tires from them. They did the oil change did not rotate tires i know because of the rims. Also they called recommended brake service which I declined then called back 5 minutes later to say it was done werid right. The service sticker was 20,000 miles behind actual mileage. I called the main office and everytime you call you have to leave a message. The first time I called someone called back and was real apologetic and said a district manager will call me. Well now over 7 calls and messages still no call back. My tires still have not been rotated which is causing premature wear. At this point customer service is out the window. They have lost me and I suggest you think twice about going to any tire discounters. I will be buying my tires and oil changes somewhere else now. This was not taken care of someone called supposedly set up the appointment to correct their mistake but they never did that so I wasted my time money and effort once again.
