  I visited this location for a new set of tires about a month ago. Recieved great service from knowledgeable techs. I was able to come back in today and receive a free oil change (due to the purchase of four tires). It was a seamless, enjoyable experience. I will be returning the next time I have any tire issues!

  Made an appointment online. Came to store and they didn't have the tires I ordered. Said they could get them in the morning. I asked them to call me when they had them in stock and they said they would call this morning. It's 12:06 and since they never called I made my appointment with Costco.

  So there we were, having just finished a round of disc golf after 6 hours of driving from Virginia en route to Wisconsin, a sideways glance at the truck tires revealed bad cracks in the sidewalls of 3 of 4 tires. With a truck loaded down with 7 sea kayaks, gear, and a trailer, it was mandatory that the tires be replaced asap before 6 more hours on the highway. Calling at around 5:30, Tire Discounters let us know they could take care of replacing all four tires and were even willing to work past closing time to get us back on the road. We got back on the road with only a short delay to the trip. Highly recommend this store and the fine folks who work there. Thanks all.

  Had an appointment in Beavercreek, OH at 9:00am for a 4 wheel alignment for new wheels and tires. Guy was unpleasant right off the rip. Figured hes just annoyed having to work a Saturday, I get it, whatever. Two and half hours later, it still hadn't been touched and he says i should be up next. No apology or accountability, zero cares given. What a waste of time for my family and I. You guys need to tighten up. The Powerline Company I work for has a fleet account with you guys, and its looking like they might need to go in a different direction from you guys

  I wanted to share my experience from Tire Discounters in Beavercreek! I had went to a couple other tire places before I found them and each of those other places quoted me very high prices which I could not afford at the time. Went to Tire Discounters and Jared came out , I told him my financial situation and he was so very nice to me. He worked with me with what I could afford and told me that most importantly he wanted me to be safe on the road because my tires were in very bad shape. I honestly could not thank him enough! Everyone that was there working I encountered was very nice and professional. That's the kind of people that keep businesses running. Because of that great experience if I ever need any tires or things done to my vehicle I know where I will only go.Thank you all so very much.
