  STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE!!! Late 2025 I made a mistake and bought 4 new tires at this store. I was under the impression of purchasing 4 tires gets me a free oil change and alignment with life time balance and rotation. Lately it was time for a balance and rotation. I made an appointment online 3 days in advance. I dropped off the car at 10am and left. Front desk guy told me he'll call me when it's done. FIVE hours later, no call, nothing! Keep in mind it was only a regular balance and rotation which typically takes 45-60 mins at the most. So I called at 3pm and they haven't got to it yet but he told me they're working on it, and it should be done by 4pm. Are you serious?! 6 hours for a regular balance and rotation??? Not even road force balance... When I picked it up finally, I took it for a drive down the freeway doing about 70mph. Guess what? The whole front dashboard and steering wheel was shaking like a Nokia 3220!! it was worst than before taking it in for the balance and rotation... Never going back screw their warranty crap! If you wanna a decent service. STAY AWAY from this place. P.S. I wasn't even provided an invoice or anything!

  i took my car for alignment on saturday 12 pm they told me it would be done so fast,got no call saturday from them and they kept my car on sunday didn't even let me know about it,monday still got no call had to call them didn't even respond.I got there asked about my car the worker had a bad attitude,rude and was being racist.do NOT take your car to this specific location!!!!

  Price was great quick service unfortunately the sales person Joshua was extremely rude would not give me the total price said what ever I told you yesterday, slamming papers down. Will not recommend and will not return.

  You might want to think twice if you are a woman walking into this establishment because they will straight up lie to your face and treat you like your stupid. I took my car last week to get an alignment, I had a 12:00 drop off appointment for only an alignment and they took absolute full advantage of it and did not get my vehicle done until about a half an hour before close on that day. When I went in to pick up my vehicle The tech looked frustrated as I had just walked in as he was parking the car after the alignment.. but the guy Manning the counter told me everything was great and nothing went wrong with it.. well the rear toe was worse than when I dropped it off and he did not communicate to me that there was any kind of issue, in fact told me there was no issues and let me leave because they don't care, they just want your money. I am not happy and trying to speak to a manager. The car is already pulling to the left within 2 days of the alignment... A $200 alignment.. I am not happy with the service, the lack of honesty and forthcoming of information and the fact that I had to hand off the paper to my partner and he was absolutely enraged that this was the service I got.

  They misaligned every single wheel on my new car. Also, it took 3 hours to get new tires and change the alignment of every wheel to the wrong position. Employee didn’t lower the lift all the way down “I’m assuming because he didn’t want to get out and fix it”. They rubbed the side of my car against something rubber and left a residue streak in between the handle and window on the drivers side. They didn’t enter the service into the system so the store that fixed it didn’t see the records and what services they did. I wouldn’t bring my bicycle there. Only at the. Beavercreek location.
