  If I could give zero stars, I would. I walked into Jeff Wyler Hyundai with one very simple request: if you can’t pay off my current vehicle, that’s completely fine—just let me know, hand me my keys, and I’ll be on my way. I made that clear from the very beginning. Instead, I had to ask four separate times for my keys before they were finally returned. Holding onto a customer’s keys after they’ve asked for them back isn’t persistence—it’s disrespectful. To make matters worse, their first trade offer was $11,000 on a vehicle I owed just under $16,000 on. The second offer? $14,900. Still not even enough to pay it off, despite my being upfront that payoff was my minimum. The icing on the cake? Without even pulling my income or reviewing my financial information, I was told I “couldn’t afford” the 2026 Hyundai Palisade Hybrid Calligraphy and they wouldn’t even show me one. Well… I left. I went to Joseph Airport Hyundai, where they treated me with respect, evaluated my situation properly, and I drove home in the 2026 Hyundai Palisade Hybrid Calligraphy that Jeff Wyler had already decided I couldn’t afford. Turns out the problem wasn’t my budget—it was your assumptions. Customers deserve honesty, respect, and the freedom to leave when they choose. Unfortunately, I found all of those things somewhere else.

  I recommend going to a different dealership for service. My last 4 visits required a revisit to either complete work that I was charged for but they neglected to do or a follow up visit to address an issue that happened during a previous service. I have also had Wyler Care for the last 4 years on this vehicle, so investing in their services doesn’t mean that they pay close attention to what they do. They used to do well, but I’ve seen a drastic decline in the quality of work over the last couple years. My last service with them led to a transmission leak that emptied my transmission fluid a few weeks after I had maintenance via Wyler Care due to having not tightened check plug. Another dealership was able to resolve this misstep for around $400. The dealership also called me after 2 weeks of me reaching out to them to tell me that it is not their fault. They also said they were speaking to their manager a week or two ago. I had to contact Hyundai directly to be able to speak with someone that can assist me with the customer service nightmare. Save yourself some time and money and work with a different dealership for your cars service.

  I honestly regret coming to this dealer by any means necessary for starters they have this lovely pulse system with a price tag off $799-899 it’s maybe a $50 part tops and they don’t let you have it removed before purchase. As well as if you buy the car and move out of state no other Hyundai will cover this void’s warranty light. Let me start by the time I bought the car and planned to travel home a week the pulse module had gone out why you ask the wrong one was installed in the first place great $799 quality dealer job. I got in touch with the pulse president thankfully sense the dealer was no help as I had begun to learn. I’ve had this car sense may they did such a poor job that the wiring of my light the pulse system pops up as my back light out often and I have to mess with it constantly. Next issue lovely sales man Blaine. I had asked sense I live out of state due to federal work not to have Wyler care or anything besides gap insurance to be apart of your package charge made onto my loan mind you these sales are recorded I called after I noticed and asked to have Atleast the Wyler care compensated they agreed with a check been over 2 months nothing to show for it which is a $200-$300 added on to my loan I can’t use I don’t live near a Wyler dealer nope it’s there along with another $2800 warranty I didn’t ask for do not trust this dealer in anyway shape or form I suppose it’s on me for not double checking before I left the state the way they have you “sign” while being recorded btw they state. The screen are separate after you review what packages you want do not trust hits dealership!!!!! This is my first time buying myself a new car what a disgrace and a disappointment I choose this place. Side note Hyundai you did a great job with this car I’m sorry this dealership represents you
