  Cat was our sales agent and she did an excellent job. Found the car we were looking for. Walked us through test drive, trade in, got us a fare price. Will from finance was more of the same. Walked us through process explaining all we needed to know. Great experience thanks to your staff.

  The vehicle buying process was good. Found the right vehicle for me. Had a recall within 3 months of purchasing brand new. They texted for my appointment which was ok, but when I needed to reschedule I couldnt get through. Someone finally gave me a number to text again and they scheduled me for an oil change? I thought that went along with the recall due to the recall being about the misfire in the engine. When I got up to get my receipt, she told me it was $160! I was instantly upset. I never asked them to do an oil change, they scheduled me for that. Not a very good start to a good relationship with a dealer.

  Im writing this review so it can touch the customers who genuinely want transparency and customer service. I worked with Kate from the beginning and I knew as soon as. I spoke to her I was getting integrity and honesty. You would probably believe the nightmare I went through to get get good customer service and transparency from Dealers but not this one. I don't dare you to do business here I am asking you if you want quality and transparency with a salesperson, talk to Kate and she will do her best to deliver want you want.

  Very disappointing experience with this dealership. I purchased a 2026 Hyundai Palisade and was told I would receive my permanent license plate by September 15. I still have not received it, and I am now being told there is an issue with the vehicle title. This is a serious concern because my temporary tag is close to expiring. I have had to repeatedly follow up just to understand what is happening with my title, registration, and permanent plate. After purchasing a new vehicle, I expected the dealership to handle the title and registration process properly and provide clear communication when there was a problem. I am still waiting for this issue to be fully resolved. I will update this review based on how the dealership handles the situation.

  9/6/2026 We were nervous about going into Hyundai Jeff Wyler Beavercreek dealership looking to purchase a new vehicle after being treated poorly at Joseph Airport Hyundai dealership by the sales manager. We couldn’t be more pleased with our experience at Jeff Wyler Beavercreek. They took the time we needed and never rushed us. They were able to get the payment in range we felt comfortable paying. Also helped that the interest rates were 1.9 for 60 months and 2.9 for 72 months the day we went in. They were never pushy and let us haggle back and forth. To get to a deal a we were ready to agree on. Our salesman Andre Tomlinson went on a test drive with us which he helped guide us in an area we weren’t familiar with. When it came time to set down to make a purchase he was very easy to talk with. Gave us a little information on his background of what he did before selling cars. Andre did some wrestling and loves to act in local theater. He takes photos of his wrestling belt with the cars he sales. Picture below. Andre has a professional busy quality about him along with being polite and kind. He listens to what your buying needs are and definitely does his due diligence in making your dreams come true. Thank you Andre! 💚 Will from Finance is just an all around nice guy. I love his smile and happy demeanor. Made it easy to complete the paper work. Still wish they gave paper copies of what we signed. I did print them off from home. 😊 Eduardo the General Manager spoke with my husband twice and my husband says he was courtesy and personable. He and the others apologized for the experience we had at the other dealership. We definitely will be back if the need arises we need another car or truck. 🛻 They went above and beyond our expectations. Sincerely Mary & Vern
