The last time I was in for an oil change (several months ago), Darrell, the service advisor, told me he had ordered the seatbelts to service the recall for the defective second row seatbelts in my Palisade. I was told I would get a call when they came in. When I came in for an oil change several months later, I was told they had never been ordered. It takes two months for the seatbelts to arrive after they’ve been ordered. I will now have to drive my daughter around with defective seatbelts for another 2 months.
