    When I first walked in to pick up my vehicle, 3 team members all greeted me. The girl helping me I think her name was Allie, I feel bad, because I wanted to give her a shout out. She has only been on the job 2 weeks, she was great. She made sure she went over all the paperwork with me. She took me out to the vehicle and sat in the passenger seat and added my phone to the Apple Play. She even went over some of the other items I wasn't aware of. She was so polite and when we were finished, she shook my head. I haven't had anyone shake my hand in along time. The team members where right on target. I highly recommend this place to anyone who needs a vehicle. I will be back soon to rent another one. Great Staff

    Worst customer service ever. Husband booked a vehicle and then called to confirm he could pick it up after work. They said “sure!” Arrives to find they cancelled our reservation because we didn’t pick up at 11am AND lied about the vehicle we were supposed to have picked up at 11 saying it wouldn’t be ready until the next day because now all of a sudden it needs an oil change. Did nothing to fix the problem they created and told us they had cars we could pick from. We needed a bigger vehicle and so they basically told us “sorry” and then closed for the evening like it didn’t matter at all the major problem they caused. Horrendous behavior. Where is management accountability??

    We love having Enterprise close by our home. This location has always had such friendly staff, and nice vehicles. We appreciate them very much. We’ve had to use them four times over the last several months. We wouldn’t hesitate to continue to use them in the future!

    I can't say thank you enough to Ty Daniels. I needed a vehicle ASAP and expressed to him my situation with work. He had me in a car in 26 minutes from the time I pulled in to the time I left. I camt say thanks enough.
