  Do NOT ever rent here! I’ve rented here for almost 5 years now and I’m finally done! The last 5 times I’ve rented a vehicle (with an advanced reservation of at least a week or more) they have not had what I’ve reserved. They always pawn me off on a piece of crap Volkswagen. Not to mention, they spray the vehicles down in advance and it’s so overwhelming you feel like you’ve entered a brothel. Then, when the spray wears off the odor of nasty dog or dank weed is so nasty you have to buy your own air fresheners for the trip. My last rental takes the cake though! I reserved a supreme class vehicle, Mercedes or BMW and was called again and told they didn’t have either…shocker! But, get this, I was offered an “equivalent” called a Hyundai Sonata! Woo hoo…that’s about as awesome as going to a premium steak house and getting Spam! Thanks but no thanks Enterprise, time for my business and regular rentals to finally go elsewhere!

  Will NEVER rent from here again, three times I've gone to this location and three times they've not had the car I booked. This last time, I called, verified and spoke to a very nice gentleman and had everything in place. I drive by this location atleast once a day going to or coming from work and the vehicle I requested has been there for two weeks, actually three different vehicles of the one requested were there. But of course the day and time I show up, they don't have any, and none in other locations either. When we asked for a manager they said thier wasn't one in site, even though literally five minutes earlier the manager was speaking to someone else before disappearing to the back. Completely unprofessional conduct, and ridiculous lack of customer service. This location is so bad I'm going to cancel my enterprise membership and if I need to rent in the future I'll use a completely different company. Truly disappointing.

  From start to finish this was an excellent experience. I began with Hannah Smith and ended with her. The quality of service that she provided was outstanding! She is very knowledgeable and professional and extremely helpful. Her personality is excellent and I felt that she truly cared about me and appreciated my business. Thank you, Hannah for helping me through a stressful time, I appreciate you!

  The employees at the Bvrcreek store are excellent! Very prompt and very knowledgeable! I’ve never had to wait for a very long period of time, whether picking up or dropping off. I would rate them a 10 out of 10!!!

  I have been sitting in the lobby for an hour waiting for the car I reserved to come back from an oil change. There has been 11 other people come in and check cars out.. 2 that did not have reservations. Yesterday the store called and made sure that I would be here on time because they close at 5:30 pm and I showed up 30 mins early .. it is now 5:28 and I’m still waiting.
