  Staff was extremely friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the entire rental process. I’ve rented from several other Enterprise locations, and this location truly stood out. The entire experience was smooth, quick, and hassle-free. The team provided excellent customer service, answered all my questions, and made sure everything was taken care of. I really appreciate how welcoming and helpful everyone was. Definitely one of the best Enterprise locations I’ve rented from, and I would highly recommend them!

  My husband and I went in to rent a car and you can hear the ladies In the office, loud as anything talking about other employees. Super unprofessional. Makes me wonder what they’re saying about the customers.

  Go somewhere else. They will rent you a car and give it to someone else, leaving you stranded. Customer service was ok

  The people here were amazing they picked me up at the body shop, and I realized I left my wallet at home. They took me from Beavercreek to New Carlisle to get it. They were very professional, courteous, and personable.

  I did a reservation on google for a dodge Durango drive 30 minutes there and see it sitting in the parking lot go inside to pick it up and tell me it’s gone… brother it’s sitting right there if it has already been taken shouldn’t it be taken off the website??? Bunch of idiots who waste time. I’ve been reading other people’s reviews and there having the same problems. Get your team together you guys are a straight joke
