Doug is the person I communicated with at this Brownies IT. He was very polite and helpful in advising me about the kind of transmission/engine for my vehicle, no one can fix. I must take it to the dealership to fix my problem! I have a 2016 Hyundai Tuscan 16 Turbo Limited edition (7 gears)! He was honest and handled me carefully as a woman (black woman to be exact)! To them I say THANK YOU!!! 10 stars for my experience! Go check them out!

In the summer of 2024, Brownies rebuilt my transmission and I have been rolling smooth since.
Recently I stopped in to have my parking gear fixed and even though I was outside my warranty period, John and his team still worked with me.
Transmission repair is serious and costly and therefore I recommend going to Brownies in Beavercreek.
Thanks again John.

Took my 2020 silverado here and delt with Doug. They could have took me for a fortune. I thought my locked up making this was messed up on my transmission. They didn't even charge me for looking at it and told me that it was a misfire. Very honest guys over here

After a bad experience at the dealership, I believed brownies to give an honest assessment of what work was needed and a fair price. It took longer than expected but I have had no transmission problems since.
