  In the summer of 2024, Brownies rebuilt my transmission and I have been rolling smooth since. Recently I stopped in to have my parking gear fixed and even though I was outside my warranty period, John and his team still worked with me. Transmission repair is serious and costly and therefore I recommend going to Brownies in Beavercreek. Thanks again John.

  Took my 2020 silverado here and delt with Doug. They could have took me for a fortune. I thought my locked up making this was messed up on my transmission. They didn't even charge me for looking at it and told me that it was a misfire. Very honest guys over here

  BEWARE!! I brought my truck here because the transmission was overheating. They told me I needed a full rebuild which was $5700. The truck was there for two weeks and when I got it back, it immediately started overheating again so I brought it back to them. They put a transmission cooler on it and told me everything was good. The truck slams gears shifting way hard harder than it ever did before I had them work on it. And I brought it back to them again and they’re telling me that there’s something wrong with my engine and that’s why it’s doing that but it was never doing that before they worked on it. They refuse to take the time to take the transmission back out and see if there’s something wrong with it. They just keep telling me it’s fine and there’s something wrong with my engine. Do not go to this shop. Spend your money somewhere else.

  Doug was extremely transparent throughout the entire process of replacing a module on my transmission. Absolutely the best customer service I have received for transmission repair, highly recommended!!!

  Super helpful guys to work with! In town for the holidays and noticed some small leakage around the transmission and wanted to see if the transmission fluid was still full and if the leak was concerning before a milti-day drive home. They got me in same day and gave professional advice (thankfully fluid was full) and though I was prepared to, they didn't even charge me. Thank you, thank you, I know your time is valuable during a busy time of year!!
