  This is a great shop! Carlton was a pleasure to work with. He handled our insurance claims in such a manner that the whole thing was very stress free. He's a good guy and does good work. He makes a stressful situation not stressful, and I highly recommend this shop.

  I met with Carlton to discuss body work on my 1979 VW Bus. He was a pleasure to talk to and a straight shooter. He did not sugarcoat the work that we need to be done. I appreciated how forthright he was and the level of detail he was able to give me about the proposed work.

  Brought my BMW here for a minor bumper repair. BW provided a clear, quick, and reasonable estimate, then completed the repair professionally and in a timely manner. When I had difficulties arranging for pickup, they went out of their way to accommodate my needs and schedule. Great customer service--I will return again.
