- LSlovepreet singh sidhuJun 28, 20261.0I had a very disappointing experience at this Flying J. I booked a shower and ended up waiting for almost an hour without being assigned one. While I was waiting, I noticed that two or three showers were empty but had not been cleaned, so they were never made available for customers. I was looking the counter guy he seemed more focused on using his mobile phone than making sure the showers were cleaned and ready. Even he was looking at me that i am waiting for shower. After waiting for nearly an hour, I returned to my truck and called the store to ask if the showers were working. The employee simply told me, “No,” without offering any explanation or trying to help. As a professional truck driver, I depend on truck stops for basic services, and waiting an hour without any communication or effort to prepare available showers is unacceptable. I hope management improves customer service and ensures showers are cleaned promptly so other drivers don’t have the same experience.

It started at the Subway counter, where the girl working was cussing openly, throwing/dropping things, and being incredibly rude. When I tried to quietly report her terrible attitude to the main Pilot cashier before leaving, he actually took her side! Instead of handling it professionally, he defended her, refused to wish me a good day, and told me "don't come back here." Unbelievably hostile and unprofessional staff from top to bottom. Avoid this location.
