  Not sure if it’s all NTB’s in general or just this location but they really need to work on their communication skills. One person tells you one thing another one tells you something different. Apparently they just use word of mouth and keep no records/appointments? In line waiting for them to figure out where my tire is and when they can actually help me as it’s been days already and the girl behind me lets me know they’ve been doing the same thing to her for a week and she’s been driving on a donut. They even told her she didn’t have a warranty on her tire before she pulled out her receipt proof. I’m glad I had the sense to call another place (discount tire depot) and get a new tire within 30 mins. I work in customer service too. If you lack simple communication and record keeping skills please do not work in customer service. Thanks

  I had an excellent experience with James, the Assistant Manager at Mavis/NTB on Park East Drive. My muffler had come down unexpectedly, and despite the shop being short-staffed, James still took the time to help me right away. He quickly secured my muffler back into place and made sure I was safe to drive. He also took the time to show me exactly where the issue was and explained what needed to be repaired due to a bent muffler. His professionalism, kindness, and willingness to help in a busy situation truly stood out. I really appreciate the care and honesty he showed. Outstanding customer service!

  I came in with a nail in my tire and was super concerned that I would be purchasing a tire. James was super helpful and re-assuring and told me not to worry, they could fix this tire. They pulled my car in and not more than 20 minutes later I was back on the road. James, I remain very thankful today and wish you and NTB technicians well!

  my vehicle was towed here for a battery ,they did a service they were not qualified to do that I didn’t ask to be done causing damage to electrical components. Then was told do you have proof we did it. They didn’t charge me for a diagnostic test nor did they tell me they created another problem.

  Leaving a work event and arriving to my car and suprise! Flat tire. AAA arrived and got me set but said go straight to tire shop. Lucky for me NTB Park East was around the corner. James assured me that they would get me taken care of as quickly and efficiently as possible. I had to get to work still. Well James kept his word. They took care of things quickly and efficiently. I made it to work late, but not extremely late. NTB Park East was my go to place for tire service already. Just a reminder why I go there. I really appreciate your service. Thanks James
