  Be aware if you’re going an hour before “closing”. Their answering service said they had a 6:30pm appointment available and I arrive at 6:13pm and all the doors are locked and the shop is closed when they supposedly close at 7pm according to the store hours on google AND on their door.

  Made an appointment back in February and dropped my car off saying I needed it back at lunchtime. They never called to tell me it was ready. I called at 1:30 and they just say "oh yea, it's ready". I couldn't get a ride until 5 to pick it up. Hours on Google said open until 7. They were already closed. I had to go first thing in the morning so I could get to work. It was backed into a snow bank, but I just had to drive off so I could get to work. Noticed the next morning that there was a huge dent in the rear bumper. Contacted the store on Monday, brought it in to show them. The guy working took pictures and said the manager would be in touch. No one called me. I filled out the online survey and was contacted by the regional manager and then a claims specialist. After the initial calls, no contact again. Called customer support at least 8 times and left messages each time. No one has ever called me back.

  Brayden was a very friendly service advisor and Jim was an astounding technician. He really knows his job and saved me a lot of money this past 4th of July.

  They worked with me on timing to get my tire patched and were quick and effective. Definitely recommend!
