  Made an appointment back in February and dropped my car off saying I needed it back at lunchtime. They never called to tell me it was ready. I called at 1:30 and they just say "oh yea, it's ready". I couldn't get a ride until 5 to pick it up. Hours on Google said open until 7. They were already closed. I had to go first thing in the morning so I could get to work. It was backed into a snow bank, but I just had to drive off so I could get to work. Noticed the next morning that there was a huge dent in the rear bumper. Contacted the store on Monday, brought it in to show them. The guy working took pictures and said the manager would be in touch. No one called me. I filled out the online survey and was contacted by the regional manager and then a claims specialist. After the initial calls, no contact again. Called customer support at least 8 times and left messages each time. No one has ever called me back.

  Brayden was a very friendly service advisor and Jim was an astounding technician. He really knows his job and saved me a lot of money this past 4th of July.

  They worked with me on timing to get my tire patched and were quick and effective. Definitely recommend!

  I took my car in at 8:30 am because I had a nail in my tire. The front desk person said that it couldn’t be worked on until 10 am because no one comes into work until then. He said it would be ready before noon and would call me. When I didn’t hear anything I called the shop and was told it was being worked on and would be ready soon. I went back to the shop to wait and the front desk person said it’ll be soon and made me pay then because he had a meeting to attend. I paid and he went into a closet leaving the door slightly ajar to watch a work related video. I sat there for 45 more minutes still waiting. I could see into the garage and only my car was there but no one working on it, so I went in trying to find someone to see what was taking so long. After a few minutes a young man came out and saw me and started yelling at me that I couldn’t be in there and what did I think I was doing. I told him I wanted my car and he continued yelling that I had to get out and pay to get my car. I walked back to the front desk person and he stuck his head out of the closet and said, oh, it’s you. I asked him what’s going on, no one is bringing out my car. He then went and talked to the young man who then brought out my car. And then I was given the wrong key fob. Customer Service is very poor and I would never go back there. Why does the shop say open at 8:30 am if no one comes in to actually work until 10 am? Screaming at senior citizens is not good business.
