Update: We ended up cancelling the lease. There was a long delay in getting the car to us because of some fix it needed, but no one seemed to ever know the whole story. Almost a week later and we still didn’t have a car and it was sitting on the lot untouched. Very disappointing. We were able to get the same car from a different dealer though. No issues at all.

Salesmen that make promises and supposedly get manager approval to make repairs only to renege on them and decide to only cover one issue. Don’t bother wasting your time or money on this con of a company. They don’t care about you or your safety, only the money you have in your wallet.
