  I had a fantastic experience with Jeff Wyler Hyundai. This is my first time owning a Hyundai, as I recently made the transition from Honda vehicles. I never had issues with Honda customer service, but Hyundai truly impressed me much more than any experience I had with Honda. The staff were professional and kind. They were not pushy and clearly explained recommendations for services. They were efficient and had me out of there in less than an hour. I will certainly continue to come to Jeff Wyler for future services on my vehicle!

  I was very pleasantly surprised with my experience at Jeff Wyler Hyundai. Bobby and the rest of the sales team were really easy to work with throughout the entire process, including negotiations. No one was pushy at any point and everyone was professional at every step, including the sales manager. I felt like they rode the line perfectly between sales and service, which really made me feel great driving off with my new car. I'd recommend looking here first if you're in the market for a Hyundai.

  Took my car in for two recalls and to have the tires rotated and one tire patched. I think your little video that customers can watch is a complete waste of time I filled my washer fluid completely up before I left my house the mechanic the very first thing he points out is that he filled up my washer fluid which was a lie I seriously doubt he even checked the oil or anything else. Was told they couldn't fix my tire for some reason took it to tire discounters they didn't have a problem fixing it what a joke Jeff wyler is

  Bobby Conway was knowledgeable, patient, transparent and very thorough. He took the time to listen to what I was looking for and made great practical suggestions based upon my wants and needs. He answered all of my questions honestly and never made me feel pressured. His attention to detail and personalized customer service made the buying process smooth and stress free for me. I will without a doubt purchase another car from him in the future.

  Took my car in for service. Everyone was friendly and helpful, but maybe too much so. Presented me a list of "recommended" services that were portrayed as recommended by Hyundai for my vehicle. I decided to have them complete 2 of the 4 services, as I had NOT done my homework to see what else I might need (besides oil change and tire rotation). Later that day I had time to do some research, and these were NOT Hyundai recommendations for a car with my milage (almost 13k). I will not make this mistake with them again. I will know what is required before I go in, assuming I go back at all. For the one service that Hyundai does recommend at 15k (replacing cabin air filter) they advised be to purchase and install it on my own to save some money. Also, after "up-selling" me these services, when I pick up my car and go to pay, I'm told they will add on a 3% fee should I wish to pay with credit card. Really! You sold me services I didn't need and then want to add on another 3% for me to pay. C'mon man!
