  Most of the time you leave a dealership with what you need, not always what you want. Rob Fancher made sure I got both! Loving my new Santa Cruz. Rob had the vehicle ready as soon as I pulled up, knew every feature about it, and a planned test drive to show it would meet my needs. He listened to what I needed out of my trade, and where I needed my payment to be, and got everything squared away. Sent me down the road and happy. Make sure you book your appointment for your new Hyundai with Rob!!

  We both traded in our old vehicle and purchased our new vehicle from Hyundai of Eastgate. Our sales consultant (Zach Burchfield) was awesome and was very easy to work with (exactly how a car salesman should be). By far, one of the easiest, smoothest, and quickest auto transactions I've ever had. It is a newer dealership and I hope they keep up the great work!

  The service was great except I was given two services that I did not agree to. The customer service representative provided me information regarding two additional services throttle and additive to fuel. I declined both. However I was charged at the end. The person who checked me out found a coupon that he applied to my bill. I never had any issues before.

  Let me start off by saying I was a ASE certified dealer mechanic for many years and always strived for perfection and excellent customer satisfaction. I brought my vehicle in for a 90,000 mile service, the price was reasonable, and the service was top notch. I was given a brand new loaner car and my vehicle was done much quicker that expected. They exceeded my expectations ! What's more can I say other than, I'll be going back.

  Attention New Buyers BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!! This is my first and last experience with Hyundai!!!!! I bought a brand new 2025 Santa Fe last year, and in only 1 year, at my 3rd oil change, 22 k, yes I put on a lot of miles, but, they tell me my tires and brakes are critical, and I need front rotars as well. I bought a brand new 40 k vehicle for safety and longevity. 1 year later is not longevity. I asked to speak to a manager and he said there's nothing he can do. And the goodyear tires are softer and I'm not the only one with premature wear!!!!! This is outrageous and unacceptable! Renig your contract with Goodyear then! I will never trust you for another vehicle. Very disappointed ☹️
