    In times like this, I feel so enlighten about how I was treated by Jeff Wyler Hyundai yesterday. I wanna say a special thanks to the young man, Hayden Korros for his grand additute in assisting me in this endeavor. It was a pleasant and a rewarding experience.     I exchanged my 2022 Nissan for a 2026 Venue! Zach's customer service was amazing, he's was efficient and worked with my needs! I was there for close to two hours with less than 30 minutes of signing time!! My new new car looks beautiful!!

    Where to start!? I originally took my car in because my adaptive cruise control isnt working corectly. This is a 2025 Hyundai Tucson. First they tell me they updated my software and it is fixed. I took Gavin for a ride with me to discover that it wasnt fixed. It had some front end damage prior to me buying it and apparently the front passenger side sensor was damaged and not replaced. They tried to get the repair covered by my extended warranty and was denied. So I need to go through Carvana where I purchased the car to try to get it repaired. I come and pick it up and I am driving home and the side fender trims around my wheels start flying off the car! I pull over and they didnt put any clips back in either of my fenders so those trim pieces werent actually attached. So I take it back only to find out that they hadnt reattached my bumper either!! Then they discover the trim pieces are damaged from flying off and say they will order new ones and replace those at no cost to me?? Really like they are doing me a favor!!?? They are the ones that screwed up. So they order the replacment parts and I have to go back in to have them put on. I talk to the manager and say after all this- you guys should just replace the sensor at your cost. He offers me REWARD POINTS? Do I want them working on my car to use the points?? I like the employees - Ronald, Teddy, and Gavin but not sure that will influence me enough to ever go back!

    Zach Burchfield was absolutely amazing to work with! He went above and beyond to make sure I got the exact car I wanted at a price I was comfortable with. He was patient, honest, and worked hard throughout the entire process to make it happen. He made what can be a stressful experience so easy and enjoyable. I truly appreciate all of his effort and would highly recommend asking for Zach if you’re looking for a new car!

    MY wife took our 2024 Hyundai Santa Cruz in for scheduled oil change covered under thr Hyundai Complimentary Maintenance program. Service department initially said I did not have a free oil change (24,000 miles) and we would have to pay. My wife called me and the service department employee said we would need to pay for service. I told him we would take the vehicle somewhere else. His response indicated he didn't care. Before leaving, the service department changed their story saying I did have a Complimentary oil change but they could not do it because their "system was down". We live 40 miles from Jeff Wyler's and left without our oil change that we paid for when we purchased the vehicle. This is a good example of how not to treat a customer.
