  I’m writing to express my frustration with the Nissan service center. Chuck Reckers displayed a rude attitude and threatened to call the police simply for pointing out that the website was misleading. The Nissan website allows customers to book a Wyler Care redemption service even if they are not eligible, which raises the question: why is this option available if it cannot be honored? Additionally, since all appointments are recorded in the system, why doesn’t the service department proactively inform customers about ineligible bookings? The manager also failed to intervene during my confrontation with Chuck; he only came out after I requested to speak with him, and then he yelled at me, claiming the website is inaccurate. In 2024, it’s crucial to have an updated and accurate website. I strongly recommend avoiding this service center. I've left a voicemail for Manager Alison and am considering legal action as I feel Chuck only threatened to call the police because I am black. Also. As someone who purchased a car from this lot they bride people for good reviews

  Blake was awesome. He went over and beyond trying to make sure we got the best deal, and the best vehicle that fit our needs. He was fantastic to work with.

  Jeff Wyler made my second car buying experience a great one! I went on a busy Saturday and felt everything was completed in a timely manner and my salesman David was so helpful! He was working with multiple customers and made sure we were all in the loop as to where our deals were and made sure we were taken care of! I highly recommend and will definitely be back!
