  Great service!!Water pump went out on Friday at work on my 2023 Kia Forte:(Had to get it towed there.Got a call Monday saying we will look at it & sorry we got a bit behind. Also the guy said we have to look at it depending on that it may be under warranty if not you will have to pay. Thank GOD it was under warranty!!I figured nobody would look at it since late in the day on a Friday & the weekend so understandable. Tuesday morning got a call it was fixed and ready to be picked up already!! I actually said can we squeeze a oil change & tire rotation in and they did that too! Everyone was so nice & great comminucation through the process! My car is running great thanks to these guys. I really appreciate it so much!!

  They damaged part of my interior during a service appointment in May. I was assured that they would replace the damaged part. It's now three months later and I can't get anyone to call me back after leaving more than 10 voicemails and having several emails sent to the managers. Terrible customer service. I do NOT recommend this location! Service advisor, Jerri, is actively avoiding me, as is Mallory.

  Jerri… Best Advisor ever! She took great care of me after having a not so great experience. She changed my perspective about this location and I will be returning for all my needs for my Forte. :) They handled my oil change then and will be taking it back for another with a recall. 5/5 star service and car is running smooth now.

  We have been waiting for 2 hours for a return call to get a ride to pick up our Telluride. We have called 3 times and left voice mails for Dennis. Today is my Birthday and we are stuck at home. We paid over 50K cash for the vehicle and it’s been one problem after another. Not happy! Go elsewhere!

  Shame on you for screwing over hundreds of people! Kia warranty covered my engine that blew in my 2016 kia sorento, you guys let my car sit for a month and then my battery was no longer good, so then I had to buy a new battery, my shift was in lock mode which YOU put it in that mode (tried to blame triple A), and when i had to unlock it, it became rough to shift and won't start unless in neutral, and now my inhibitor switch needs replaced, when I've NEVER had any issues until you touched my car! Making me lay $230 to run another test on it when it hasn't been running right since I got it back! And refusing to fix the issue you caused! Better believe you guys will be in the next list of lawsuits
