  What a joke, KIA should take this Dealership from Jeff Wyler. Their Service Department if you can call it a service department took three hours to change the oil, rotate tires, and do two recalls. Program ECU Emmissions Software and replace seat switch. Picked up vehicle and seat did not work. You would think you replace something you would try it out to see if it works! It had to go back to the service bay to see what the problem was and fix it. If I did not have 2 Wyler Care Coupons left I would have never gone back after last year they had my car for over a month to fix the sun roof!

  If you are looking for a company to violate your privacy and data Jeff Wyler is the place. If you are looking for a company that can not resolve this issue after 15 phone calls in the span of 6 weeks, this is the place for you. If you have a name in common with another customer you may want to make sure that your data was not sent to the other party and vice versa. Its as if nobody cares as long as they make the sale. Its been 49 hours now that I was told a manager would reach out. Avoid this place at all costs.

  While Miss Elliot was extremely professional and "HONEST", it appears some of wylers haven't been so honest. This is, i think, my 7th visit too this dealer, to have my car looked at with power train and engine problems. Yet--- to receive the results of this 7th visit, time will tell" previous 6 visits they've repeatedly said there's no issues. We have felt surges in the trans, and now I'm adding 2+ quarts of oil in between oil changes. There's not a single label underneath the hood of the auto, which tells me , it's been in an accident. Also the mechanic confirmed the trailer hitch has been removed,could this have been the cause of the accident??? Ironically none of this was shared with us when purchased. So time will tell,,,,,,
