  Ike was the best! Walked in and immediately greeted by him. Was out the door with my estimated cost for repair in no time. Would definitely recommend and use again. Awesome customer service 👏

  I took my car to the collision center in Eastgate. I had some minor issues with scratches and some minor marks. before and after pictures. Very nice people and they will work with you and double check with you if the car repairs are up to your liking. Also the best part didn’t have to take it to a car wash they washed it for me before I picked it up and it looks really good with all the repairs done and a clean wash thank you Jeff Wyler

  Poor workmanship. Hit a raccoon in my car that busted my turbo intercooler. Took to the collision center and they put a new intercooler on but forgot the gasket. Jeff Wyler also didn't put a plastic clip fastener back in my headlight trim after the lost it, almost cause me to lose my trim. My engine began to misfire and couldn't figure out why. Honda had my car for 3 weeks and finally found that Jeff wyler forgot to put a gasket on. I took it back to Jeff wyler and they did fix it and put the headlight clip in, but this does leave a bad taste in my mouth. My family has also had mixed feelings about the collision center. Make sure you double check everything yourself before taking the car home from them. *UPDATE* My car started to misfire again after wyler put the gasket on. When I changed the oil I sent some off to Blackstone Labs to have it analyzed. BL informed me that my engine had sucked in a bunch of water, debris, etc during the 2 month period of my intercooler having no gasket. I called wyler and they insisted that could not be the issue and it was a defeat in the car somewhere else. I kept pushing until wyler took my car in to investigate. They tore the entire engine down and thought they found something but retracted their findings and said everything is good and up to spec. Unfortunately my car was not fixed and began misfiring again. Since then, I have gotten rid of the car and bought a new Accord. I will never, EVER go to wyler for anything. I'd rather drive 2 hours to a shop that will fix my car right after a collision than this horrible dealer/shop. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!
