We informed them we didnt want any add ons and they were not listed on the sticker price. They do remove them when questioned. We were not given the 395 floor mats we were charged for with the vehicle. We have called several times and have not yet received them . After multiple calls several unreturned after telling us they’d look into it and emails was told they would order them and notify us when they got them . Still waiting to be notified that they have arrived. Overall first car we bought from the Wyler group and overall satisfied with the car but not the buying experience

I requested a buyback, but it was denied because they said the issues “aren’t serious enough.” In the meantime, I’m stuck driving a car with nonstop problems while waiting for a software update that may or may not fix everything. The worst experience I could possibly imagine for a brand new vehicle.
