  Came here to buy a car, It was not a pleasant experience. The salesman Was arrogant and not listening to what I needed. Trying to sell me something I don't want. I bought over 20 Chevrolet in my time and the first time I go to buy one from Jeff Wyler, This is the experience I get. A salesman that doesn't listen to what I want and pressuring me to buy something I don't want. And keeps inflating the price when I know what I should truly be Paying. Now I'm taking my business somewhere else and you just lost a serious Chevrolet buying customer.

  The service advisor was horrible with his communication. I left multiple messages with him in reference to the status of my vehicle and when I could expect to pick it up. My vehicle is under warranty and I requested a loaner during the time my vehicle would be there for service. Clint informed me that there were only 5 vehicles they use for loaner vehicles and that they were all out at the time. He didn’t offer any other option other than telling me they didn’t have any available. Fortunately, I won’t have to worry about this in the future because Clint made my decision clear. I will never be taking anything back to Jeff Wyler for service again.

  A bit of an odd dealer compared to what i’m used to up north. Many follow ups from different people in the dealership & each time i’m told they will reach out to me shortly with no response lol. Then a different person starts all over and … nothing I’ve purchase 14 chevy’s over the past 2 years from 2 dealers in my general area so went a bit out of my comfort zone with this one. Perhaps it may be different if you are a local to them but if you are out of state I’d recommend not wasting your time unfortunately. It’s one thing if you can’t agree or make a deal. But as a business owner myself, a professional way in my opinion, is to contact the customer & apologize but say unfortunately we can’t come to an agreement if that is the case. You don’t ghost customers & then follow up as a new lead.
