Bought a used car from Eastgate. Having trouble with overheating. Called for them to check it out. Said to bring it back in for an appointment at 12. When I got to the lot they sent me to another location. The person at the used car service didn’t know what I was talking about but I left my car for service. He stated they did not have loaner cars but the used cars might. When I stopped there to inquire the young man who sold me the car was there and tried to help. Every encounter up until that time was great until the manager or assistant manager intervened to inform me in a rude and condescending tone that they did not have loaner cars but go to Enterprise and rent one.

Using Jeff Wyler was the worst possible experience that I could ever imagine. It.was l multiple times i was lied to about my truck being worked on when it really wasn't. It took two weeks to resolve my issue because they choose not to work on my vehicle. I called on two different occasions. Both went straight to voicemail. Their message is, they will call you back as soon as possible. I never received a call. I had to show up in person, and when I did show up in person, he called the mechanic to see where he was but know i. Thinking it a fake call because it showed them finally working on my truck the next day in my email i finally received.., they was charging me for a tow bill when they drove my truck and it broke down on them. When I picked my vehicle back up, there was trash in the truck from the person who was driving it around a drink container and a bag of chips. And when I returned home to get out of my truck, somebody had broken my inside door handle. I believe they do this to people on multiple occasions of how and whose vehicle they want to work on at what time I think it's designed for them to lie to people. And manipulate how they work on your vehicle My opinion isn' false charges. False times false perceptions. I've owned chevrolet vehicles for over30 years and have 8 chevorlets in my driveway pretty well discussed it with my experience. Pretty sad when this post makes you leave a star. When I really didn't want to even leave one.

Jeff Wyler Chevrolet has great service. I brought my new Chevy in for service because the Check Engine light came on. At first, diagnostics didn't show anything wrong and the service team was not able to find the issue. After picking the car up from service, the issue happened again, and I had to bring the car back. The service team was persistent and finally figured out what the problem was. After ordering a new part and a couple more days (the part was delayed), I was able to pick my car up "good as new". Service Technician Tyson Leonhart was awesome and communicated with me at every step in the process. Thanks for going the extra mile to make sure my vehicle was good-to-go!

I can truly say this place has the worst customer service in every department of Hyundai but after reading reviews it seems that this is Jeff Wyler business wide. I do not know what it takes to get a call back from anyone at Jeff Wyler, but I can tell you that it is not by purchasing a brand-new vehicle. Sure, they will sell you a car and harass with you text messages for even looking at a car online but if you need assistance after the sale, just go ahead and expect not to receive help. You had better prepare yourself prior to going to the dealership to know exactly what you want because if you even ask about a different vehicle, they will tell you that they don’t play the back-and-forth game. After purchasing my vehicle, I left it there to be “detailed” and the windows were filth covered in film, and they barely ran a vacuum over the carpet mats, I’m not even sure if they did an actual car wash or just sprayed a hose over it. After a month of trying to receive a call back from my “finance advisor” I have yet to receive that call. I was finally transferred to another advisor, with no call back from him either. I have left several voicemails. When trying to get in touch with a sales manager, he wanted to play a relay game by giving the receptionists the message to give to me and wouldn’t talk to the customer directly himself. The service department: what I was told would take a couple hours to fix, turned into a couple of weeks with no calls regarding updates, I had to call them myself and did not get returned calls, so I had to keep calling until I was finally transferred to someone who answered. I received my car back covered in pollen and bird poop, and water splashes of black paint. The “contact us” form online is worthless; AI texts you say someone will call you. No one ever called. I did eventually receive a call from a sales manager but missed the call and had to return it. I have left two voicemails, and I have not heard back…*edited to add* it has now been 6 days and I left another message with no call back. I feel like Jeff Wyler is about to pop out with a camera crew like Ashton Kutcher from the MTV show, Punk'd and tell me this was all a prank. If I could return my vehicle and go elsewhere, I truly would. I will not make another purchase at Jeff Wyler and regret not listening to friends and coworkers about how terrible they are.

I don't know what it takes from this place to receive decent customer service, and a call back. Apparently it is not by purchasing a brand new vehicle. Every single department I have tried to contact has truly been the worse customer service experience I've had. Down to the "detailing" (a joke), from finance, the sales department, and service repairs, within Hyundai; but after reading reviews for almost an hour it seems like this is Jeff Wyler business wide. Sure, they'll make you a sale if you come in knowing exactly what you want, but don't even think about maybe considering a different vehicle.. or you will be rudely told they don't like to play the back and forth game. If you need to be in contact with anyone after the sale, just expect it not to happen. After a month of trying to reach my "finance advisor", then being directed to an entirely different person due to lack of call back... I have yet to hear back from either person. A manager can not be bothered to speak with you, and want to relay their "answer" through the receptionists (the ONLY help I have gotten was from them) A "couple hour repair" will turn into a couple weeks, and you will have to call for your own update. I will not shop at Jeff Wyler again. To be honest, I don't think I would even get a call back regarding wanting to make a purchase.
