- RCRob Collett2 days ago1.0I came in the to see if I can get a truck but it was not able to happen but I called a few days later to try to get a different kind of vehicle they say they will call you back and never do I called a few other time daring the day and the sale people say they will call you and never do some kind of costumer service they have so I will be looking somewhere else

Then after a month my wheel starts grinding and I get under the vehicle and see the frame is rusted out and has been welded and painted over. Stay clear of this place if you care about the safety of your vehicle.

- MRMason RileyAug 3, 20261.0Comically bad sales experience looking at a Ram 1500. Our sales person was nice enough but the sales manager and finance manager were obnoxious, rude, and completely unprofessional. We also wanted to look at a Wrangler when the sales manager came out and said he was “having to play where’s Waldo because we were all over the place”. We looked at 2 vehicles at that point when he made that comment. I thought the days of going back and forth on a deal 5 or 6 times were long gone but they are still alive and well at Wyler. Lowballed our trade by several thousand dollars and when I pushed back against this the finance manager resulted to trying to personally insult me which was hilarious. Then proceeded to continue insulting me as he walked back to his office after we decided to walk away. Found a much nicer truck with more options and at a lower price at Kings and decided to go with that one! Kings also gave us what the trade in was actually worth as well. Don't waste your time with these guys. Also, notice how they reply to good reviews but do not address negative reviews.
