  Horrible overall experience. First, I tried to call multiple times the week prior to my appointment so I can ask questions about service. I wanted to know if there would be a diagnostic fee. Not once did anyone answer the phone, nor did it go to voicemail. I then set an appointment on line, where it said I was assigned Rodney Hodges as my rep. I then called and asked to speak directly with him. My call went to voicemail. I left a voicemail and Rodney called back. I missed his call, but immediately called him back and got his voidemail. I left another message and he never returned my call. I then showed up to my appointment at the scheduled time. I was the only customer there. I got out of my car, walked up to the service desk. Rodney was sitting there. He did not welcome me. He said "give me a minute". He then proceeded to do some paperwork for about five minutes. Once he was done with that he then asked me how he could help me. We went through my issues. He took my keys. He then said, we are packed today and I don't know if we will get to your car. My response was, I had a reservation and asked, why would you take reservations if you could not honor them. He reiterated that they were packed and then said, we don't even know what's wrong with your car and what it needs. I thought about it a bit, and then said I was just going to take my car and leave because they wouldn't honor my reservation. He then said he didn't say that, and that he said he said they didn't know if they even had the parts to fix it in an argumentative tone. Note he changed his story. I left and immediately contacted Mike Castrucci Jeep. The immediately got me in. When I arrived they were very welcoming. They took the time to talk to me about the issues I was having. They didn't brush me aside like Rodney did at Jeff Wyler. And...they arranged to have a shuttle driver take me home. Something that Wyler didn't offer. I am very disappointed with my experience with Jeff Wyler. I have purchased 4 cars through them in the past. Based on my experience with Jeff Wyler, and specifically Rodney Hodges, I will never buy another car from them again or use them for service. Please save the aggravation if you are considering buying a new car or need service and go somewhere other than Jeff Wyler.

  Stopped in to buy a Jeep. Finance was working out a deal but the appt was taking longer than expected to I had to leave due to another appt. The salesman Spencer Burress informed me he’d give me a call. 6pm rolls around and no response. Mind you my appt was scheduled for 10am that morning. I set him a text that evening around 6pm asking for an update. No response. The next day rolls around, still no response. I had to call him and request an update. He also told me he’d call me back on Sunday with an update. Crickets. Today is 3/3 and still no communication. Needless to say this dealer will not ever get my business.
