For some reason, most of the features are no longer working when I go through the wash, but I see them working for customers in front of mine. Namely, the red light strips and blowers, now my car is still wet coming out of the drivethru and the drops of dirty recycled water are drying and leaving spots all over car. Also, there is an employee that has made it his mission to hold me up, every time I come thru. The license plate readers work and the gates work on their own, but he makes it a point to stop me and demands my account information each time. There's a new employee that was instructed my him today to do the same thing. I am not happy with the reduced services for higher cost and low-key harassment by your employee. I'd like information to deactivate my account.
