  app stopped working and I come to find out theat they've been bought out by whistle express. I was automatically charged for another month of membership and I had $25 in credits on the app. take 5 whistle express or whatever they are now won't honor my account. they basically wanted me to sign up and pay again. I even showed the attendant where the money had come out of my bank account. They wouldn't let me wash without paying for something that I've already paid for and directed me to pull out of the car wash line. I have been a customer here for years and I am very disappointed in this. No heads up no nothing I found out when the app stopped working no emails ( yes I checked spam) no phone calls nothing.

  The staff here are welcoming, nice, and professional. The inside of the carwash equipment itself is well maintained, however; the roof of this place roof looks terrible. Whomever was hired to paint blue over red on a metal roof either didn't prep/prime, used the wrong product, or more likely, both. It's peeling and it makes the wash look rundown and trashy. Also, why are the vacuum hoses SO SHORT? The hose could not even reach the backseat of my SUV. I tried others and they are also too short. They were not this short before but it seems like they've all been cut down recently.

  This car wash doesn't deserve even a one. It was my first car wash with my new car that is used but the paint was in impeccable condition. In fact the manager when I was going through it commented how good my car looked .First off the blowers weren't working so the car came out wet very wet. I was hand drying the car when I noticed swirl marks and a few scratches on the car that weren't there and a brush mark. I immediately reported to Dory and she took pics and submitted a report. Of course the car wash took zero responsibility and stated there was nothing wrong with the equipment that day. All it would take is for a brush to have dirt on it and it got scrubbed into my car. Your taking a risk going to this car wash
