  Love this car wash…Needed assistance today and Dori, Shawn, and OMario came to the rescue. Whenever I come to have my car washed, there’s always a friendly face waiting and if assistance is needed, it is never far away and more than willing to help.

  This is an easy car wash to use. I am new to Ohio and am new to the swarms of midges and mayflies. You pick your wash level, pay, and they guide you in. You stay in your car. The wash literally takes 5 minutes. I will be back.

  Excellent wash and other detailing features such as free towels, vacuum, and armor all sprays of various types. A reasonable monthly rates I hope they stay there.

  I’ll be honest — I’ve never really been a car wash person. That changed yesterday. I pulled in and immediately hit a snag with my card — wrong one. Before I even had time to feel embarrassed, one of the team members was right there. What impressed me most wasn’t just that he came to help me — it was that he immediately clocked the people waiting behind me and called a colleague over so nobody’s time was wasted. He then waved me straight through, walked me in, and was waiting on the other side of the wash with my sticker and everything I needed. That kind of thoughtful, proactive service is rare. Then the surprises just kept coming. I noticed a vacuuming station and braced myself for the upcharge. “Oh, that’s included.” Right. Then I spotted what looked like a cleaning station — because my windows were genuinely dangerous. I’d been driving into the sun near Westlake and had to actually pull over because I couldn’t see. I figured, a few dollars for safety? Worth it. “That’s free.” I said — how much is the fee? He said — no, free. You know… like America. 🇺🇸👍🙏 Fresh damp cloths, neatly organised, with little squeeze bottles — one for the glass, one for the interior. Clean. Stocked. Ready. And on top of all that, they offer unlimited washes as a package — which I signed up for on the spot. So to recap what’s included: free vacuuming, free glass cleaner, free interior cleaner, free towels, clean restrooms (yes, I needed them — somewhere between the windows and the dog dribble on the inside of the car 😄), and service that would put a lot of five-star hotels to shame. I didn’t see a way to tip the team, so this review is the tip. They’ve absolutely earned it. I managed to get a photo of the man that helped me so check it out. I’ll post it to her and make sure you say hello to him. He’s the nicest person you’ll ever meet. Oh yes, and there’s a Dunkin’ Donuts right next-door so you can grab a coffee as you go through the wash… fantastic… and the other side there’s AutoZone so when I was going over my car, I noticed I needed something so I went over there to get that coffee car wash car clean car parts. Awesome.
