  It was amazing service! I went around 7ish on Tuesday June 23rd and I don’t remember her name but I’m pretty sure she said store manager and she was very nice and explained everything so well! And got me in because I didn’t have my card ! I’d definitely go here !

  Joe from take 5 in Avon, Ohio has such great customer service! I haven’t had an experience like this at any oil change place! Highly recommend take 5 in Avon with Joe!

  I am disappointed with my recent experience at this car wash. It appears there may have been a change in management, and the level of service no longer matches what I have come to expect. This location has always been reliable and staffed by friendly, professional employees, which is why I have been a customer for so long. Unfortunately, during my most recent visit, the customer service felt less attentive and professional than in the past. I observed a woman taking a vape break immediately before approaching customers and directing vehicles, which I felt was unprofessional and did not reflect the level of service I had experienced here previously. Based on this experience, I am considering discontinuing my membership. I hope management takes steps to restore the quality of service that made this location stand out.

  They forget to tell you that the scan code doesn't work for over 24 hours. The guy was not the nicest person I've met. Didn't even get the wash that was in the monthly subscription I bought. $35 dollars a month isn't a lot but to just give me the bare minimum because my scan code wouldn't come up,it still haven't. Nice car wash but staff isn't the greatest. Thinking of switching back to Buckeye car wash subscription. No issues there.

  Very respectful and hardworking crew. The car wash and vacuums did a fantastic job cleaning my car as well. Not to mention it really isn’t even expensive whatsoever. Aiden was the guy who helped me out and he was a very friendly and welcoming person.
